Russian Foreign Ministry statement on "hypothetically resorting to nuclear weapons exclusively in response to an aggression involving the use of weapons of mass destruction or an aggression with the use of conventional weapons when the very existence of the state is in jeopardy." 
This appears to walk back previous threats by Putin that even Russia's territory integrity could trigger nuke use. (That was especially irresponsible of him to suggest, given that Russia has annexed territory it does not control.) mid.ru/ru/foreign_pol…
