12 years on & if I was @elonmusk I'd focus on these three things first:
1. Clear out the bots & trolls, the faceless, spineless accounts whose only contribution is to degrade the conversation #MyTwitterAnniversary

2. Introduce, person to person payments, allowing everyone to monetize their followers and content or just donate to accounts that are doing great work, taking a reasonable fee for all payments made
3. Twitter verified, a social identity service that validates your ID & builds a social ranking & score out of your account behaviour, community following & engagement etc that builds confidence in the community & becomes the defacto ID service. Charge per ID validation request.
What do the rest of you think @elonmusk should focus on first?
