Jesus came as the bread of life, even as a whole man. He came from heaven. The bread, symbolic of himself, was broken in pieces before it was served as communion.

Tonight as we take the bread which is symbolic of the body of Christ, we are taking a drop of the rain from heaven.

In Acts 2:1-4, when the Holy Ghost came at pentecost, he landed on each person as cloven tongues of fire, with little bits landing on every one.

In order to symbolise and connect pentecost with the rain, the fire was preceded with a wind, the same wind that precedes the rain. They received drops of power.
