As someone who has been laid off from a disastrous, toxic, work environment, I can assure you the Twitter employees who are being laid off today, ARE ECSTATIC. If Musk didn’t provide them at least 60 days severance in California, he will (again), be slapped with lawsuits.

LMAO. On top of 60 days pay they’re entitled to (under CA WARN Act) these separated Twitter employees will very likely receive *punitive damages* as well, for the intentional infliction of emotional distress. (One only need look at the idiot’s TL for the evidence.) 
These are highly-qualified people. They will secure new jobs immediately, and will be compensated for the illegal way they were separated. (I bought a new home, went on vacation, and had a new job the following week. 🤭).
This keeps happening to Elon Musk. (Tesla has no inhouse Legal, btw.) Maybe Elon Musk isn't very bright?
