This group (EIF) is all up in the 2020 election denial conspiracies and attempts to overturn the will of Michigan voters: mlive.com/public-interes… If you know an org/person who is a well-known MAGA acolyte, they're probably friends.
EIF went door-to-door in 2021 to harass voters about their eligibility in Macomb County, a tactic that led to exactly nothing for their conspiracy efforts: mlive.com/public-interes… Even the MI State Police threw out their claims as unfounded
One of EIF's leaders got kicked out of counting boards not once...but twice(!) for disruptive and combative behavior in 2020 (

Before the August primary, EIF sent local clerks lists of thousands of voters whose eligibility they wanted to unlawfully challenge. The claims were so faulty, the Bureau of Elections sent word to clerks telling them the challenges were bogus: content.govdelivery.com/attachments/MI…
EIF's goal is to create chaos, disenfranchise voters, and create a pretext for bogus lawsuits to try to slow or decertify Michigan's election. They're MAGA extremists who care about power, not election integrity. They also fail in their efforts...a lot: freep.com/story/news/pol…

The DOJ folks in Michigan have put people and groups like EIF on notice for any attempts to try to unlawfully interfere in the election: justice.gov/usao-wdmi/pr/2…
