1/ Oh this is rich, & explains what Dr. Simone Gold was trying to get out in front of via public statements this week. Joey Gilbert is suing & America’s Frontline Doctors for misuse of funds for a $3.6 million home in Naples, 3 cars, other misuse of funds, defamation, & more👇🏻

2/ Gold apparently signed as buyer for the Naples home (where she lived rent free w John Strand) using AFLDS funds w/o authorization/approval by the Board. Originally manager, she gave that over to AFLDS employee AJ Andrzejewski Jan 22, who now lives there w/ his wife rent free.

3/ Meanwhile she continued to use Americas Frontline Doctors money to move to a second rental property, buy 3 cars, pay for personal security, housekeeping, & more while using the AFLDS employee occupied Naples home for employees of her own telehealth membership scheme, GoldCare.

4/ Other expenses: John Strand’s free Naples rent PLUS $10k/mo as an employee, PLUS access to AFLDS credit cards (at Gold’s direction, spending $15k-$17k/mo on them), even tho he was fired summer 22. Gold also flew on private planes using AFLDS funds—does no-fly apply to private?

5/ Other interesting things: Gold resigned from AFLDS’ board apparently to focus on GoldCare in Feb 22, so Gilbert became chairman. She remained the face of AFLDS, however, and got a hefty signing bonus— while continuing to use AFLDS resources towards her private LLC.

6/ Despite allowing Gilbert to lead America’s Frontline Doctors while she was incarcerated for the insurrection, Gold tried to take back control of her baby through allegations of wrongdoing and threats to interfere with donations to AFLDS if her demands weren’t met.

7/ Things came to a head in the last few weeks: not only did Gold threaten the board with litigation if they didn’t resign, she also misidentified herself as AFLDS President & Chairman to accuse & recuse Gilbert on misbehavior AND terminated AFLDS’s lawyers on AFLDS letterhead 💀

8/ Gold addressed AFLDS employees by letter & Teams to accuse Gilbert of “improper financial dealings” while claiming that she was the “legitimate” Chairman & President, & they were not to take orders other than from her or from Lisa Andrsejewski (who’d been terminated by AFLDS).

9/ Gold then goes on to unilaterally direct AFLDS’ treasurer & employees, seize control of digital assets, suspend in-house counsel, & publicly disparage Gilbert while claiming she’s resuming her roles as president and chairman. Incredible stuff here folks.

10/ 8 counts total: Fraud, Conversion, tortious interference w employment relationships, tortious interference w business relationships, tortious interference w prospective business relationships, breach of fiduciary duty: waste of charitable assets, self dealing, & defamation.

11/ Interesting that Lisa Andrsejewski appears to change her name to Alexander publicly; noticed her name as Communications Director a couple months ago when that name replaced John Strand’s, but it is extra special that she now appears to be an accomplice to Gold’s machinations.

12/ Here’s a little snippet from Joey Gilbert’s telegram, where he does not appear to be handling things in the most graceful fashion. And what a point from Josiah there. Do tell, how IS that different…?

Also, if you want to / try to tag or share this to Dr. Simone Gold directly, she will not see it. Simone blocked me real early on. Turns out she can’t stand to look at the autoimmune people reliant on hydroxychloroquine daily whom her grift has harmed. Surprise.

Thank you to @annamerlan for writing this up, & including the harm America’s Frontline Doctors (et al) have done to autoimmune folks. The suffering hydroxychloroquine mis-& disinformation has had on my community is what keeps me working in this space. Nothing about us without us.

19/ Infighting continues at AFLDS, & like any good battle for power, we the public get to watch via press releases all on the same letterhead. Looks like Simone is all in blaming Joey, but by avoiding names, reveals that she does indeed know how to use the singular they, pronoun!

20/Meanwhile the unnamed AFLDS newsstaff are detailing Simone’s “tyrannization.” I’ve no desire to go as in the weeds as this article does, but was amused by this list of q’s. A note: the “very name” of the org indicates FRONTLINE docs—when did ANY of em last treat in a hospital?

22/ Specifics of threats to notable right wing figures aside, Simone’s writing feels frantic, repetitive, verbose… hard to articulate fully but doesnt sit well w/ me. A good visual for this is the 5pg reply to her lawyer trying to set up a meeting per her initial email.

23/ Something I found quite interesting tucked into this Pacer dive is the minutes to a few America’s Frontline Doctor’s meetings. I’ve been following these folks for a while, read/see A LOT I just don’t share bc why amplify; but $10 MILLION in donations under Gold? 😮‍💨

28/Now onto the affidavits! Amanda was accused by the AFLDS employee living rent free in the Naples house of being a spy “from Joey Gilbert” to her direct supervisor&said she wasn’t to be trusted. She’s now locked out of accounts, files are missing, suspicions &tensions are high!

29/Amanda’s supervisor, Jess, also gave an affidavit. Gold&Strand have been harassing her for DAYS trying to get passwords to the social media accounts she runs. Gold brushed off her concerns via text telling her to “just be on the side of righteousness”&her stress would go away!

30/ Did some looking into Jess Abu ✨when I should’ve been sleeping✨—Masters in Biology,& as she says above, former army medic & pulmonary medical assistant years before covid, then thru 20-21, when she got suspicious 2wks in when none of her high risk patients had yet tested +.

31/ Jess took a familiar turn: began to think masks "more harm than good" and now claims fear weakens the immune system (oh, so develop a phobia = lupus cure? lemme know). Yet, she still stands up to daily harassment from Dr. Gold & her employees— Including Mike Coudrey.

32/ Ya know I was WONDERING what was up with Stop The Steal’s Mike Coudrey aside from the international jet-setting, buying an avocado farm in Africa, and having a kid thing— turns out ol’ Tokes is still working for America’s Frontline Doctors as Social Media Director.
