How to Ruthlessly STEAL CLIENTS from Your Competitors...
Put them out of Business
Make them and their families have to get on food stamps...
AND MAKE THEM HAVE TO BORROW RENT MONEY
(whilst you drive off the lot in your new Lamborghini)
THREAD
Phase 1 - Battle Plan
- First, we need a plan of attack.
- Find your biggest 30-50 competitors in your niche (for guru purposes I'm going to speak on agencies)
* Most of these companies are so big that they can't possible focus on all of their clients at one time
* Note: They also lock clients into non compete contracts where they can't engage in business with other competitors of theirs.
- Most of time time they are underperforming for a large majority of their clients.
20% of their clients make up 80% of their revenue.
We're now going to use this to our advantage.
These companies like to brag about all of their clients via "Our Work" and "Case Studies" sections of their websites.
- Use your brain (and google) to find information on who owns & manages these companies
- Build out your lead list complete with key opportunities and contact information that you're going to use in your pitch to poach these companies.
*IMPORTANT: Make sure your website branding doesn't look like a 4 year old slapped it together.
High level branding = fat paycheck
* Remember: Business is war.
"It's not enough to succeed, others must fail." - homage @Zarsace
- We're going to target the bottom 80% of their clients and reach out to them relentlessly until they respond and agree to take a meeting with you.
Phase 2 - Weapons Free
The idea here is that we're selling the same service at a discount, and have an emphasis on providing better results.
- Note that this doesn't work AT ALL if you can't over deliver for the client you're poaching. You need to be head and shoulders above.
- On the discovery call, you already know they've worked with agencies in the past. This means they're familiar with the process and don't have a brain dead 0 level of awareness when it comes to your service.
- Now, it's time to bait for information in the form of labeling...
- We want to start asking leading questions.
- "Yeah I know you guys worked with XYZ company, are you still working with them?"
- "How did that work out?" (Gauge tone here, you'll know if they did well or not).
** By the way, they're open to new options if they're on the call.
- "How did that work out?"
- "How long did they lock you guys into a contract?"
(Negative bias framing here - no one wants to be 'locked in').
Continue framing the conversation - "If they did so well, how come you decided to take the meeting with us instead?"
You should now know the time frame of which they're able to do business without being sued.
A lot of the time these are 3-6 month long commitments and $10,000+ per month.
Now, it's time to make money.
Phase 3 - One Shot Kill
If they divulge information about their contract with the other company, it's safe to assume they're unhappy and want to change the partnership to something more favorable to them.
- Now, we pitch at a 20%-40% discount depending on their current spend.
By pitching price at a discount, they're not only going to have a better cash flow situation from working with you, making it make sense financially, but also you're going to be HIGHLY committed to delivering better & great results for them.
These large agencies are too busy paying for their soy vanilla latte machines with their clients' money rather than actually delivering results.
This leaves you in an incredible position to swoop in, steal them, and get rich in the process.
If you do this, you'll have nearly unlimited leads for high paying clients, and you'll obliterate your competition by simply just doing good business and doing well for your clients.
*** Then, at some point, you drive off the lot in your new Lamborghini ***
With love,
- David

How to make $15K/month profit with no job (in America)
WARNING: VERY EASY
- Get fired
- Apply for unemployment
- Move to California (can't get evicted)
- Keep collecting unemployment
- Find the most expensive apartment you can find
- Stop paying rent (saves money)
THREAD
If you've followed that so far, now you've got $1K/m guaranteed coming in from unemployment (this is close to what most corporate employees make after tax in America)
- Now you've got a nice place you can flex on social media
Our next goal is to start actually making money
- Start learning a skill. This can either be fast tracked with paid membership groups (subsidized by good old Uncle Sam of course) or YouTube
* Important note: Don't do anything that requires startup capital like Dropshipping or Amazon stuff (too much to learn on limited budget)
