but wei ying keeps struggling and making things difficult for lan wangji.

so he resorts to something else. he uses the body freezing spell first and whips out his guqin to play the melody he'd picked up from the forbidden section of the library. the one that would make wei ying pliant and willing.

"wh...what's happening?" wei ying whispers.

"let go, wei ying." lan wangji says. wei ying shakes his head and tries to struggle but he can't move and can only listen to the hypnotising melody.

if wei ying knew what was good for him, lan wangji wouldn't have to resort to all this.

once wei ying is pliant enough, ln wangji approaches him.

"wei ying would make for a good omega." he remarks, tracing wei ying's lush lips.

"not an omega..." wei ying mumbles.

"not yet."

wei ying is strong but lan wangji is stronger. they're equals, almost.

wei ying yields to him with ease, shocking lan wangji. he had expected it to be more complicated, given wei ying's stubborn nature.

"what are you doing to me, lan zhan?" wei ying asks, as lan wangji strips both of them.

"making wei ying mine."

"how?"

"will make wei ying my omega." lan wangji says and places his palm right where an omega's womb is supposed to be.

"why?" wei ying asks, his eyes glazed and teary.

"so that wei ying comes back to gusu with me." lan wangji says and wei ying frowns.

"for what, lan zhan? i belong in yunmeng."

"no. wei ying belongs to me." lan wangji growls, feeling angered.

he feels annoyed by the slightest reminder of the jiangs, how they treat his beloved.

"but your uncle hates me!" wei ying protests. it is remarkable, truly. his body is yielding to lan wangji but his mind won't.

"no. he is not used to wei ying. i wasn't either. i understand what wei ying needs now."

"i–"

"don't fight this, wei ying. accept what i give you." lan wangji says as he pushes his qi towards wei ying.

before wei ying could interrupt, lan wangji kisses him and shuts him up.

it gets easier after that. wei ying doesn't struggle, not even verbally as lan wangji makes his way inside wei ying, slowly and gradually.

wei ying takes him beautifully.

wei ying had foolishly told lan wangji once about how he presented just before coming to gusu as a guest disciple. he was a late bloomer.

which meant that wei ying's body still isn't fully aligned with his secondary gender. the later one presents, the longer it takes.

and that will make it easier for wei ying to turn into an omega.

it's like fate aligned everything just to make this work.

as he fucks into his beautiful wei ying, he pours in his excessive yang energy into wei ying.

wei ying is beginning to leak slick and doesn't want to tell lan wangji. it's new and scary to wei ying.

lan wangji will help him.

he eases wei ying into the process, all the time whispering that it's okay to let lan wangji take charge. that it's okay to beg, to plead, to ask.

he also praises wei ying for being such a good omega.

wei ying is starved enough for praise and love that he soaks it all up and lets lan wangji in.

the most important part of bitching is acceptance.

and wei ying is slowly and steadily reaching that point.
