UPDATE po sa MANDAMUS Petition!

✒️ Franklin Ysaac
Tomorrow, November 7, our very own General Eli Rio is invited by Christian Esguerra in his show, Facts First, at 730 pm.
The topic is our petition before SC.
The interview is live online via streamyard.
We invite you to listen to this important interview but he’ll limit his answers only to the context of our petition as the case is already sub judice.
Anything you say can be taken against you as the SC and Comelec will be monitoring what Gen. Rio is going to say in the interview
Let’s pray the Holy Spirit will guide him in his answers.
Let the whole country listen to what General Rio will have to say as this has relevance to our petition.
Amen.

UPDATE from Mr. Franklin Ysaac of TNTrio!

I received many queries with regard to our petition for TRO to telcos to preserve log data during the first hour after the election as today is the day telcos may delete the data based on NTC regulation.
This is our latest update on this matter.
1. We are still waiting for the name of the ponente or assigned Justice.
2. We expect a decision on our TRO may be issued anytime as soon as the ponente is named.
3. We paid TRO charges already.
4. Telcos per regulation may delete all these records covered by the 6-month rule. But actual records of these data may still be saved forensically.
5. We sent last month our letter requests to the telcos requesting them to keep and save data during the first hour

UPDATE further related to the interview!

The interview by Christian Esguerra (CE) this evening with lawyer Emil Maranon and our very own General Eli Rio proved to be a one-way discussion by the host as the time allotted to lawyer Emil was more than given the time to General Eli.
As host, CE should have been more circumspect than the interviewee's ideas or thoughts on fraud issues are poles apart. Lawyer Emil was describing fraud as typical election fraud like vote buying etc while Eli’s point was simply to ask Comelec to show transmission data
that proves 21M votes were counted in favor of the incumbent. This presentation by General Eli was shown on the record by no less than the newly installed Comelec chair and Eli used to describe there were only 12 Million that were counted in favor of the incumbent.

UPDATE related to the interview of CE to Ret. Gen. Rio and Atty. Emil and this post extracted from the FB post of Mr. Franklin Ysaac of TNTrio word for word.
After reviewing the interview by CE with Emil and Eli, I can conclude the following about the claim of election fraud:
1. #TNTRio waded through the whole automated election process. As IT experts, we became investigators. From speculations during the start of our truth campaign, it was General Eli who finally pinned down the hard evidence when the Comelec chair admitted
through his displayed graph which showed the 21M votes were impossible. This is the reason why we went ahead with the filing of the petition plus the fact that the November 9 deadline for telcos to delete the transmission data will be withheld from our claim.

Statement Update ni Ret. Gen. Eliseo Rio ng TNTrio!

My statement during the interview with Christian Esguerra regarding the winnings of Leni and BBM is my personal assessment that our automated election is not credible and that the winners in past AES are questionable.
The questions on the winning of Leni in 2016 and the winning BBM in 2022 are proof of this. What I am pointing out is that Leni may have won in 2016 and BBM in 2022, but there are irregularities in both their winnings.
These two elections and in fact all AES since 2010 were questionable.
These personalities are not the focus of TNTrio but the reforms needed in our AES. It has to be changed to a more transparent, credible, and fair election. The TNTrio has a personal preference for candidates,

Clarification ni Mr. Franklin Ysaac between IT Expert and Lawyer!

A lawyer with no or barely enough knowledge about IT cannot be a spokesman for IT matters. In the same manner, an IT cannot be a spokesman for legal matters.
That’s why we IT experts work hand in hand with legal experts to ensure we are on safe ground, from IT to Legal Ground.
Since Comelec refused to answer our July 15 letter directly, now they find themselves in a quandary or in a hole where they exposed themselves to irregularities they cannot defend.
Let’s see how they will respond to our petition which is now in the hands of the SC.

UPDATE from Mr. Franklin Ysaac of TNTrio!

To all,
Please be advised that after our much-publicized filing of a simple case of requesting the SC of issuing a TRO on telcos preserving transmission logs and the Comelec delivering the transmission data, there are some quarters
making the rounds debunking our petition that it is baseless and untrue.
Our position is very clear. We have been engaging in debates on the possibility of fraud during the last election and the Ateneo debate last month gave away the position of Comelec where the graph the
Comelec's chair showed proved there were no 21 million votes counted in favor of the incumbent.
That revelation is included in our petition where we requested the SC to mandate Comelec to submit transmission data and reports to prove their point.
