π¦π·πΊπ¦π On November 4 we found out about the death of Taras Mykolaivych Kuzmin, an ethnic Ukrainian citizen of Argentina.
Kuzmin was born in Odessa, but at the age of 19 he migrated with his family to Argentina, where he settled in the city of El Calafate in the province of Santa Cruz.
In Argentina, he worked as a cab driver and considered himself more Argentinian than Ukrainian.
In March 2022, he returned to Ukraine with his brother Nazar Kuzmin. His knowledge of Spanish was appreciated in the Carpathian Sich battalion, where Taras headed a Latin American unit.
In October, the Argentine brothers gave an interview to a Ukrainian blogger in which they told tales about a thousand Mexican mercenaries recruited by the Russians with solid salaries.
On November 4, former fellow servicemen and subordinates announced the death of Taras Kuzmin, which was soon confirmed by his brother and Argentine media.

Like many supporters of Russia who left Europe after February 24, he, as a German citizen, faces arrest under the law against "Endorsement of war crimes", which carries a sentence of 3 years in prison, when his Russian visa expires and he returns home.
Ginter believes the criminal case against him was lobbied for by the editors of the foreign media outlets BBC, Meduza and Mediazone, as he regularly tweets in support of Russia and the SMO.

πͺπΊπΊπ¦ The New York Times reported that Kyiv authorities are preparing to evacuate the city in case of a power outage. A similar statement was made by the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klitschko, on live TV.
This apocalyptic scenario was announced to the American media by a very non-public official - Roman Tkachuk, head of the municipal security service. He has seldom made any statements, much less to foreign media. But suddenly he was approached by a reputable American publication.
Reading the interview, we find no words by Tkachuk on a forced evacuation, as the journalists write. The authorities will only urge residents to leave the city.
