1. #TNTRio waded through the whole automated election process. As IT experts, we became investigators. From speculations during the start of our truth campaign, it was General Eli who finally pinned down the hard evidence when the Comelec chair admitted
through his displayed graph which showed the 21M votes were impossible. This is the reason why we went ahead with the filing of the petition plus the fact that the November 9 deadline for telcos to delete the transmission data will be withheld from our claim.
If the Comelec still refuses to provide us a copy of the transmission data, the source of which is the telcos, we have transmission copies on hand that there were no transmission reports made during the first hour. These reports came from ppcrv.
Now, we want confirmation also from ppcrv. So, today we will decide whether to implead ppcrv as another respondent. The Comelec chair admitted during the Ateneo forum, that if there were errors in the transparency server, it was the responsibility of ppcrv.
Let’s hear what ppcrv has to say about that claim.

based on the numbers spewed by the Smartmatic machine. We do not question any more fraud based on ballots versus ERs. What we have arrived at is the gross number of 21M which is impossible to produce during the first hour after poll closing.
We followed the Comelec guidelines in the preparation of the ERs and distribution to the parties including the servers. Now, we are challenging Comelec to produce what they claim is a credible election by producing the transmission reports. If there are none, then we have a case.
This interview does not satisfy all Filipinos who voted since nobody really has seen the actual counting from the precinct level.
