Today, our truth warriors spent 3 straight days on vigil prayer and Mass so SC will listen to our petition.
We waited until the day is over and we haven’t received notice about the assignment on who the justice ponente will be.

We waited until the day is over and we haven’t received notice about the assignment on who the justice ponente will be.
The November 9 deadline for telcos to delete the call detail reports(CDRs) does not mean the whole CDRs will be gone. The data will still be available in another file that will be kept in digital custody or in a remote server or in the same server where it will be hidden.
Hence, there is nothing to fear that the CDRs will be totally deleted.
Second, all the telcos have been given copies of our petition and they cannot ignore this petition even if the deadline is not extended through TRO.

Beforehand, we have already served notice to the three telcos last October and TRO petition is a formality that telcos have to comply with. Besides, the CDRs are our first fallback and we shall pursue the same effort in our mandamus petition.
Third, we have copies of the transmission reports which showed the date stamped past the first hour.
Fourth, we have some unconfirmed information from the inside of the telcos that there were no transmissions made during the first hour but we could not get the true information unless we secure this court order.
Pending all these, #TNTRio enjoins everyone to continue to keep the vigil in a rosary hour before the Supreme Court until the TRO is issued. We request also from the organizers to video stream the rosary hour so all truth warriors can follow the rosary hour.
The power of prayer is the power of God and He alone can influence the SC to expedite the issuance of TR0.
Holy Spirit, we pray for your intervention in this delicate hour of the issuance of the TRO and the mandamus petition as well.
