You can build a $10K/month profit DTC business in 60 days.

I've built a $100M revenue DTC brand.

It boils down to these 3 steps.
In 60 days, you'll need to

1. Find the correct product to sell
2. Set up the website
3. Set up the ads and take pre-orders
4. Find a Manufacturer
5. Order Packaging
6. Set up Logistics

Here's how:
Step 1: FIND THE CORRECT PRODUCT TO SELL

Most people think "what product should I sell?"

Instead, think:
Which products are other people already selling successfully?
Let's say you want to sell snacks, Google and make a list of 50-100 medium-sized snack brands.
To select which product out of these you should sell, set this judging criterion

1) Already getting 50K visits/month
2) All traffic is coming from Ads
3) You can find a local supplier for it
4) The product is habit forming
Let's say you're researching this waffle cone snack.

First, you're going to verify if it gets more than 50K visits per month.
Install Similar Web on Chrome - it lets you see how much traffic each website is getting
Go to Muddy Bites Website and you'll see this sidebar with all their website traffic details
Site traffic more than 50K. Boom!
These guys are making good money.
Now you're going to check whether their traffic is coming from organic content or ads.

If it's content, it'll take 1 year for you to copy. If it's ads, it'll take one week for you to copy.

SimilarWeb tells you it's 66% Paid traffic. Great.
Now, is this product habit-forming?

If it's habit-forming, customers will keep buying from me. If not, they'll buy it and forget it.
It's a snack, people have it with milk, and munch in their pastime, it is very habit-forming.

Also, not many snacks like this exist, so once you're used to the bite, you'll keep ordering.
Great, this waffle cone snack clears your criteria.

You're going to build a waffle cone company. let's build a website now.
Step 2: MAKE A WEBSITE

Grab an easy template from Shopify
This one looks good.
Hire a designer with 5+ years of experience on Fiverr

Get them to do brand, logo product photos, and website layout assets.

A good designer can knock these all out in a week.
Now you have a website, designs, and a brand.

You need to start taking pre-orders.
STEP 3: SET UP ADS

Go to Facebook Ad Library and see what ads Muddy Bites has been running for 6+ months.

All those Ads are getting them customers. That's why they've been spending money on them for 6+ months.
facebook.com/ads/library/
Recreate 5 of their Photo Ads for your brand.
Get very similar pictures done for your brand with Photoshop.

Use the same:
• Ad copy
• Keywords
• CTA
Set a $100 budget for those 5 ads and track performance for 2 weeks.

Select ads that did an ROI of 4X and more and drop the ones that didn't.
After 1 week, you see that this one ad CRUSHED IT!

For every $1 you spent on it, it got you pre-orders worth $10. Crazy.

Increase the budget on that ad and spend till it keeps getting you 5X+ ROI.
STEP 4: FIND A LOCAL MANUFACTURER

Now you have pre-orders, you need to find someone who can make these waffle cones locally.
Go to Sourcify.com to find a trusted, local manufacturer that can make your Waffle Cones.

This is easy to make, any bakery can do it. Over time, you can test quality.

For now, order 2x the amount of pre-orders you have.
sourcify.com
STEP 5: ORDER PACKAGING

At first, I would recommend using generic packaging until you're confident about the product and taste.

Packaging is more expensive than product sometimes.
Also, you'd have to buy 2000+ boxes/packs at once to get a good rate.

Only do custom packaging when you're confident that your product is of great quality.
Take a step back.
Your website is good.
Ads are working well.
The packaging has arrived.
Waffle Cones are arriving tomorrow.

Time for step 6...
STEP 6: SET UP LOGISTICS
Call up Airhouse.io

Send your products to their warehouse, they will pack it, ship it, collect returns if any, and handle everything for you end to end.
How to build a $10K/month profit DTC business in 60 days.

1) Pick a product that meets your criteria
2) Build a website
3) Copy previously successful ads
4) Accept preorders
5) Find a manufacturing partner
6) Order packaging
7) Let Airhouse deliver it

Repeat and make $$$$
Note: There's no sure-shot recipe for success, but you avoid all risks that can be avoided through this process.

Your product sells, your branding works, and your ads work. You remove luck from the process.
That's a wrap.

What has become super obvious is that they learn more from one another than any book, course, or mentor.
