Mr. Priest says he formed an opinion as to how many people were at the first crime scene, where Chris Rhoden Sr. and Gary Rhoden were shot to death in April 2016. Waiting to hear what else he says on this front.. #PikeCountyMassacre #WLWT

Mr. Priest's testimony is difficult to listen to because he's describing the first death scene in the #PikeCountyMassacre in great detail, w/ many references to the blood that was shed. #WLWT

W/ regard to the first crime scene, Mr. Priest just said that while he can’t “eliminate multiple offenders,” he’s of the opinion that “a single individual could have done everything we see at that scene.” #PikeCountyMassacre #WLWT

Mr. Priest is showing videos he made as he tried to see if a Glock handgun would create the kind of flash that’s been referenced as having appeared at the 4th crime scene, where Kenneth Rhoden was killed.

Regarding the muzzle flash, Jake Wagner testified that he could see a flash when his dad Billy shot and killed Kenneth Rhoden. George Wagner's attorneys are trying to convince jurors that it would have been too difficult for Jake to see the flash. The implication being that.. 1/2

2/2 .. Jake Wagner is lying about who killed Kenneth Rhoden. Keep in mind that during defense attorney Richard Nash's opening statement he said, "the evidence will show that Jake killed all eight" victims. #PikeCountyMassacre #WLWT

Prosecutor Andy Wilson is revisiting the experiment Mr. Priest did - to suggest Jake Wagner couldn’t see the flash of the gun Jake said his dad Billy fired, killing Kenneth Rhoden. Wilson is pointing out how different conditions were where Mr. Priest.. 1/2

During a phone call on July 15, 2018, George Wagner told his mom & co-defendant, Angela Wagner, that “if we get charged or whatever” the two of them – plus George’s brother Jake and dad Billy - each needed their own attorney. 1/2

SIGNIFICANT: Testimony from an OH BCI expert is done. Pike Co. Prosecutor Rob Junk just said the State has no further witnesses. Junk said after admitting exhibits into evidence on Monday, the State plans to rest its case. #PikeCountyMassacre #WLWT
