Should you drink 8 cups of water a day?

Let’s first set the stage with some thought provoking information, in simplistic terms:

The human body is a masterpiece of design, perfectly tuned and organized with functions that allow it to live in harmony with nature -
2/20
until you start messing with nature and/or your own body’s functions and processes.

The need or urge to drink water aka thirst, is regulated by the brain. The sensation of thirst is triggered when the organs of the body express the need for more water ...
3/20
by sending signals to the brain.

See how the body functions as a whole, and not compartmentalized into separate systems?

Humans, animals and plants are programmed to drink when thirsty, eat when hungry, rest and sleep when tired, etc. Does it make sense until now?
4/20
I’ve never seen an animal walking around with a bottle of water and taking a sip every 5 minutes.

Gardeners and farmers know that overwatering plants will kill them.

Drinking too much water can kill you. It’s called water intoxication.
5/20
It’s not only due to an excessive electrolyte flush, notably sodium (hyponatremia), but also to poisoning by other contaminants that are added to the water. In addition, you will overwork your digestive system and kidneys unnecessarily, not mentioning the inconvenience of
6/20
visiting the restroom more often.

I’m not saying you could kill yourself by drinking 8 cups or a gallon a day... Keep reading.

Humans have lived up to the law of nature until some government agency in the US first recommended at least 8 cups of water daily, in 1945.
7/20
It just so happens that it came following the “findings” by US government “experts” at the NIH, that fluoridated water reduces tooth decay. Did you think the “experts” only showed up in the last 3 years?

Read the timeline of fluoridation on the CDC’s website, Image
8/20
it’s very interesting if you know how to interpret and read between the lines.
cdc.gov/fluoridation/b…

This is a perfect example of how governments insidiously & progressively build their narrative to fool people.

They are very patient, their plans are carefully prepared
9/20
and rolled out over decades, one little step at a time.

It is very telling that the timeline never mentioned the pioneer dentist and nutritional expert Weston A. Price, who wrote extensively about nutrition and dental health. But his work didn’t fit the narrative.
10/20
Fluoride is NOT a nutrient! There is no such thing as a fluoride deficiency. So consuming or using fluoride to prevent tooth decay is pure nonsense.

The counter narrative is more solidly backed by true scientific observations/findings but government shills have always
11/20
been there to refute the opposing claims. Did you also think the fact-checkers were a new thing?

This website exposes the lies and collects all the evidence about the dangers of fluoride.
fluoridealert.org
12/20
But before fluoridation, chlorination of water was already in place in many regions of the world since the early 1900s. Courtesy of governments, in response to epidemics of cholera, typhoid, etc. Here again, governments want to solve a problem to “protect” the people…right
13/20
Chlorine is a strong chemical that kills bacteria, and based on the germ theory, adding chlorine to drinking water makes sense because it helps prevent bacterial diseases/infections…
The same germ theory proponents have maintained the belief that all bacteria are bad and
14/20
should be fought to maintain health.

But, in the early 2000s, it became too obvious and impossible to deny that bacteria are essential for life.

However, pseudo-scientists cannot let go of the germ theory nonsense, so they said some bacteria are good and others are bad…
15/20
The good bacteria and the healthy “immune system” fight the bad bacteria. What a fairy tale!

Drinking chlorinated water is like taking small doses of antibiotics with every sip. Do you see where I’m getting at yet?

The other contaminants that can be found in both tap and
16/20
bottled water are chloramine, limescale, synthetic hormones, pharmaceutical drugs, pesticides, lead and other heavy metals, arsenic, microplastics, etc.

What this means is that if you drink 8+ glasses of this water daily, you are not effectively hydrating your body,
17/20
you are depleting your electrolytes and poisoning yourself one sip at a time.

The consequences over the mid to long term are significant, because you will consult your doctor for symptoms that only mean your body is trying to heal and clean the dirt.
18/20
Your doctor will not connect the dots.

You will get a prescription medication for your symptoms & that will put you in the medical catch 22 for the rest of your life, unless you wake up!

On the other hand, the more you drink, the greater the revenue of the bottled water
19/20
companies. They only collect free water and sell it to you in bottles, but before they do, they add nasty things to it.

I could go on and on, but to conclude, drink when you’re thirsty and the safest water is that which you know is not contaminated.
20/20
Well water, mountain spring water (I mean directly collected by yourself at the spring source, not by some company that resells it in bottles).

In doubt, your safest bet is pure H2O: distilled water.

Fever: should it ever concern you?

Should you ever use fever medications?

Should you lower it naturally?

The answer is NO to all of the above.

The concern is not the fever, but what has caused it in the first place. The body is intelligent & so are its natural responses!
2/10
We're told that high fever can be a serious concern as it could cause brain damage.
Let's be clear: there is 0 evidence to support this claim. None!
Why? Because fever does not occur without a trigger, it has a cause that is often disregarded as responsible for the damage.
3/10
What we know as a fact is that neurotoxins/poisons/heavy metals do cause brain damage and death. What we also know is that these poisons cause fever!

Seizures, convulsions, shock, cardio-respiratory collapse and death following a high fever, must logically be attributed

Prenatal ultrasounds - Are they safe?

First, the diagnostic ultrasound market revenue is “only” (sarcasm) a few billion dollars, & growing. The exam lasts about 20 min and costs $200-$300. I don’t know about you but I see an incentive in pushing for an ultrasound exam,
2/17
especially if it’s done in the same clinic or if there are referral kickbacks.
For an expecting mom, what’s the purpose of having multiple ultrasound exams throughout pregnancy?
The rationale is, to make sure the baby is developing well & to detect any anomalies early on.
3/17
But is it safe? Are there any negative effects on the mother and/or the baby? Do the benefits outweigh the risks?
I think we can agree that every medical procedure has inherent risks whether we know them or not.

About vitamin K at birth.
Babies don’t acquire the proper mouth reflexes to take in solids until about 6 months. That’s why, until then, they should only breastfeed or be fed breast milk.
Why only breast milk?
2/16
because it’s composition is ideal for the non fully functional digestive system, including the intestinal lining, the pancreas, the liver and the biliary system.

Low levels of vitamin K in newborns is protective because of the reasons above.
3/16
Higher levels at this time can overwhelm the liver and cause damages. As baby grows and its organ functions develop, more vitamin K can be consumed and also synthesized by the gut bacteria.

It’s a perfect design with perfect timing!

1/7 How viruses were "discovered"
Read the whole thread.

You would think that "isolating" a virus in a lung or nasal fluid would be simple. Take the sample, filter out the bigger particles then pass the rest in a centrifuge to separate everything else by molecular weight.
2/7
You would then analyze each layer, especially the lightest one and voila, you find the viruses that cause so much damage in this world...
But no, such a technique cannot find any virus...simply because they are nowhere to be found in those samples.
3/7
Even if you pool the samples of 100000 people together, you cannot find the damn virus.

The so called scientists claim viruses are too small to be detected in the samples... and yet they can still "infect" you by simple contact or exposure🤦‍♂️
