I cannot tell you how much I am enjoying watching this case unfold. Thank you @Eric_Schmitt for initiating this lawsuit.

This is GOLD. DOJ asking judge to keep any videotaped deposition of top government officials under seal.

Here are the names: Image
Same DOJ conducting terrorizing FBI raids, hauling J6ers to political prisons, and prosecuting Indiana meemaws for walking into a government building now worried about "harassment" of public officials if depositions are released to the public: Image
Obviously violent threats should not be tolerated.

But Fauci as victim--just a "public servant"--and not someone who brought all this attention on himself defies reality.

Biden regime does NOT want clips of these depositions made public and there's a reason why. ImageImage
Transparency! Image

I want to revisit this Newsweek piece from yesterday confirming the absurdity of FBIs claims that domestic violent extremists (i.e., Trump supporters) pose a top threat.

Chris Wray for 4 years has made that claim but refused to disclose statistics...

because no data supports it. We now know the bureau is fudging the numbers to justify Wray's accusations--intended to help Democrats and hurt Republicans, of course--in another blatant political move by FBI.

What Wray is doing is forcing 56 field offices to label any Jan 6 arrest as a domestic terror incident---even tho overwhelming majority of charges are misdemeanors and nonviolent felonies like obstruction.

Cooking the books big time--but even with that sleight-of-hand...

After refusing to provide data to support claims that "domestic terrorism" is a top threat, FBI officials give the stats to Newsweek
"Of 2,700 open cases, where an individual or group of individuals has been designated domestic terrorists by the FBI, almost a third relate...
to the 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol or subsequent political activity connected to it."

What a joke of an agency.

"Counter-terrorism agencies have also focused on the transnational links of domestic individuals and groups—an approach that provides the agencies more authority to conduct surveillance."

Translation: Fabricate ties to foreigners to violate laws against spying on US citizens.

Ashli Babbitt, Rosanne Boyland, Benjamin Phillips, and Kevin Greeson (fatalities from Jan 6 either wholly or partially due to excessive force) unavailable for comment.
Cc Capitol police, DC Metro.

After covering Jan 6 for almost 2 years, what outrages people most is the egregious disparity in the handling of J6ers and Floyd rioters. Indefinite pretrial detention, bankruptcy, excessive prison sentences for the former—victimhood for the latter:
This is my favorite settlement: Same DOJ still arresting Capitol protesters this week settled a suit with Lafayette Square rioters.

DC US Attorney Matt Graves, who compares even nonviolent J6ers to terrorists, blamed police for overkill.

Call now from Jan 6 detainees.

Now hearing from Robert Morss, a 3-time combat vet aka Lego Man. He's been detained since June 2021 awaiting trial.

"Justice will indeed prevail."

Again you can listen here.

Steve Bannon up now: "I'm very honored to be part of this. Some of the best people in Washington who have come together. The way you've conducted yourselves has been a tremendous example--it's been hard on your families."

The politics of this "will change dramatically."

MTG now discussing her tour of DC jail last year. She had to bully her way in against objections of jail officials even though Congress has oversight.

She's such a warrior
"They were broken souls. They broke out crying, clapping, asking for hugs. Many are denied medical treatments. They were begging me to get help."
"When 9 o'clock came, one got an American flag and stood over the banister. Would you sing the National Anthem with us? It wasn't a flag, it was a piece of paper but someone made a flag with it."

As I reported last year, DC Gulag detainees sing National Anthem every night at 9.

Senate GOP is probably the most embarrassing class of clowns ever elected to public office
It’s the first thing he said today…and his toadies stationed behind him. How truly pathetic
