Of being fulfilled, 3 other units also. Problems with the list pulling over 100 at a time to work the list to get verified potential occupants, are getting 2 veterans and local ones at that, postage is an expense, time to process the letters is over a weeks work #fha1114

All the housing agencies are working the same list, a complex process where listers can get multiple notifications. Folks can fall lower on the listing but not off the list for Franklin's process. #fha1114 folks can self sign up and tag themselves as emergency...

The verification of the listers is only done at the time they are pulled for a list. The applicants can add info to their online record so it is easier that way. #fha1114 reporting from DHCD is an oversight and a burden. Next meeting scheduled for Dec 12

FISH update on the housing heating issue reported via social media was completed. It had always been adequate it is not updated to be permanent heating. #fha1114

Approx 60 categories of review by DHCD, only one found with minor issue due to contract item discussed in prior meetings #fha1114 ARPA money to be applied and used to better agency performance on capital items, there is a capital project designated for this

Moving to closing date finally on a Summer St property, land with Metacomet land trust, help from a number of Franklin locals #fha1114 no one has been living there for more than 8 years, it will take work to renovate
