Shown below is the lengthy letter PPCRV posted on its FB page as PPCRV’s “Response to the TNTrio’s Allegations re PPCRV in the Recently Concluded National Elections”.
We must make this very clear. We are not questioning the hard work put in by the thousands of PPCRV volunteers
in counting more than 107,000 Election Returns (ERs) to validate the official results of the 2022 election. What we are questioning is PPCRV’s role in converting the Transparency Server data that were eventually shown to the public through the media.

UPDATE from Mr. Franklin Ysaac of TNTrio. This is the response of DITO about the transmission logs.

Important news to all:
Dito Telecommunity responded to our letter request dated October 18 to preserve the transmission log in their server.
Finally, we got a good response but since this is already in the hands of the Supreme Court after we filed our case for TRO on the Telcos, we are elated by this positive response from Dito.
Now, what about Smart and Globe where we sent similar letter requests. Until this writing,
we have not received any response from these two telcos. You can make your own guesses.
Pending the responses by these two Telcos, we are at least assured that Dito will preserve the transmission logs.
We will notify these two telcos relaying to them the response of Dito.

A Forum was held last October 18, 2022, at Sheraton Manila Bay Hotel, entitled “The COMELEC Assessment of the 2022 National and Local Election”, which was organized by the Ateneo School of Government.
The Guest of Honor in that Forum was COMELEC Chairman Erwin George Garcia. During the Q&A portion, Chairman Garcia was asked about the first-hour peak count of 20M votes that appeared at 8:02pm report of the Transparency Server (TS)
and the uncanny constant vote ratio for all President and VP candidates in every update after 8:02pm on May 09 until the afternoon of May 13. Chairman Garcia said that what people saw on TV and other media outlets came from the PPCRV, NOT FROM COMELEC.

FB post UPDATE on Mr. Franklin Ysaac of TNTrio, 4 hours ago. This is in regard to the TRO and the Mandamus Petition filed in SC. Other hooligans are trying to debunk them.

It has been more than a week since we filed our petition for TRO and Mandamus on telcos and Comelec.
Since then, we have gained adherents to our irrefutable petition.
A lawyer who claims to be a supporter of the lady candidate tried to debunk our claim in a televised interview hosted by a biased anchor.
Initially, I dissuaded our colleague General Eli from appearing in that interview as I perceived it to be a setup. But General Eli, the fine military gentleman who doesn’t back out from challenges because he holds the truth still accepted the challenge.

Now how can you ever contest the mind of this IT expert, our very own General Rio who has had over 30 plus years in IT. His long credentials speak for himself.
From his electronics, electrical, and computer engineering background to his stint in the military service heading the information technology and heading the ISAFP, then being appointed as NTC commissioner, CAC head, DICT Usec, and many more fields of accomplishments,
how can you ever interDICT the brains of this warm gentleman who is not a very aggressive and non-confrontational person !!
So, carry on General Eli! Be the lead warrior that you are! In the game of the Generals, he is outstanding with an impeccable record.

To all truth and prayer warriors,
May we ask everyone to be Patient as we await the result of our petition for TRO and Mandamus before the Supreme Court.
It took us 6 months since we launched our campaign to unearth the irregularities in the May 9 election. Now that have filed our case already, we enjoin everyone to be Patient and to let the Supreme Court uphold our right to information.
But we need to be vigilant as we implore the Almighty to make our petition be granted by the Supreme Court.
If we do not get any serious response from the magistrates, then we will decide on what we will undertake to ensure our rights are upheld.
