Often, the shifts just weren't large enough for Republicans to win the seat. But a lot of districts Biden would have won in 2020 (thanks redistricting) moved toward Republicans in 2022: washingtonpost.com/politics/inter…
There are notable exceptions to this, of course. Take Ohio a state that was very good for Republicans. Can you guess which Ohio district is outlined? (Hint: candidate quality mattered and in very localized ways.) washingtonpost.com/politics/inter…
