'For six months now, it seems an entire community of central bank watchers has been arguing over how to calibrate the next handful of basis points in core PCE etc, so that these central bank watchers can call the turn.
Have too many central bank watchers become complacent after years of endless if necessary spoon feeding by central banks?
Whilst all these clever central bank watchers were arguing over the next handful of basis points in core PCE, right under their noses all sorts of old-fashioned inflation indicators were breaking out.
