Daycare workers at Lil’ Blessings Child Care in Hamilton, Mississippi thought it would be a great idea to scare the bejesus out of the kids using a 'Scream' mask.

The video is currently being investigated for possible criminal referrals and four employees have been fired. 😱😡
A co-worker filmed this because the owner refused to take seriously any of her previous complaints about the way the children were being treated there.
