PHLPost releases a schedule for mail during holidays:
PHLPost says receiving mail within Metro Manila takes about five days while receiving mail within the cities of Visayas and Mindanao takes about 7 days. Receiving mail in far flung areas takes about 15 days.
Aside from CCTV and X-ray machines, 24 hours iyan binabantayan ng mahigpit.
PHLPost clarifies that the handling fee is not a tax to be paid. It means that the parcel went through the Bureau of Customs and it may be within the divinity's value, which is $200.
PHLPost says it will release Christmas cards and postcards by next week.
