The more time and concentration you're able to give to one task, the greater quality of work you'll produce. Not only you'll be completing tasks quicker, but you'll also be ensuring they're free from errors.
The key benefits of being focused are:

• Reduces Stress
• Produces Better Quality Of Work

Let's look at some ways you can improve your focus:
1. Do A Brain Dump.

A big reason you can't focus on the work in hand is because you have too much going on in your mind.

Write down every actionable thought that comes to your mind. Clear your mind from so that you can focus properly.

Also, remove any physical distractions.
2. Prioritize Your Tasks.

If you have a lengthy number of tasks to complete, create a to-do list, & also rank each item by their level of importance. This will allow you to methodically work through your tasks instead of simply be overwhelmed and likely ineffective.
3. Don't Multitask.

You might think that you can do two productive things at once but the brain works otherwise.

If you direct your attention toward one task, your risk of distraction minimises.

Instead of multitasking, keep your brain actively engaged on one thing at a time.
4. Eliminate Distractions.

You'll be more productive and have a better chance of staying focused when you remove anything in your surroundings that might cause interruptions.

You've to remove both internal & external distractions to have the peace required to focus effectively.
5. Meditate.

Meditation is scientifically proven to increase your ability to focus.

It trains your brain to figure on something despite your external & internal distractions.

Taking the time to relax, breathe and meditate can greatly improve your cognitive abilities.
6. Allot Time To Certain Tasks.

When determining what tasks you need to complete consider the time you’ll need to complete each task.

Scheduling out your day & using your time management skills will help you complete your work more efficiently & help you stay on top of it all.
7. Have A Pre-Game Ritual.

Your brain is wired to make associations.

Try making a "Pre-Game Ritual" your brain associates with deep focused work.

For example:

• Put Phone away
• Clean up where you're going to work
• Meditation
• Deep Breathing
