The media has only gotten worse in actually getting to the bottom of important events.
It's why there's so little trust in media in America. It's why people latch on to lunatic theories about the world.

And it's not just JFK. It's the entire criminal/political/social apparatus that was able to pull it off, cover it up and entrench its own power.
Actual people killed JFK and were able to increase their power over the American state. Of course the criminality continued.

They can rail against a pipeline for years, and when it blows up, call it a great opportunity, and if you suggest that they were involved, they can just call it a conspiracy theory.
