π·πΊπΊπΈπΊπ¦ During the Russian missile strike on energy facilities in Kyiv, debris fell on a residential building. Ukrainian media traditionally blamed Russia for attacking civilian infrastructure, but pictures from the site of the incident contain some very curious details.
One photo shows the word "LIFT" written in Latin letters. As our German colleagues from Ubersicht_Ukraine_Kanal note, the marking is fully identical to that on the engine of an AIM-120 missile. Which, in turn, are part of the NASAMS 2 systems supplied to Ukraine.
So the residents of Kyiv can once again thank the Ukrainian air defense system (and now the American military-industrial complex) for the destruction of residential buildings in the city.

The situation in the Starobilsk direction is practically unchanged. Russian units as well as enemy forces carry out a positional defense without utilizing large forces. The sides exchange artillery fire and recon group sorties to probe defenses.
Settlements in various parts of the front are in a grey area and are not controlled definitively by Russian or Ukrainian armed forces.

Situation as of 16:00 Kyiv Time, November 24, 2022
Heavy positional fighting continues in the vicinity of Bakhmut. Attempts of counterattacks by the AFU on the outskirts of Opytne were unsuccessful. Having exhausted reserves transferred to the city, the enemy in the Bakhmut area turned to defense.
In the Bahmut sector, according to open sources, Wagner PMC fighters have established firm control over the garbage processing plant on the southeastern outskirts of the city.

π·πΊπΊπ¦π‘ Consequences of the recent strike on Ukraine's energy system as of the morning of November 24
In the middle of November 23, Russian forces struck critical Ukrainian energy targets. But by the morning of the 24th, some regions have already restored power.
In Kyiv, 30% of electricity has been restored. Most areas are still without power. Water is now restored in eastern Kyiv, the more populous western Kyiv will get it later today. 1,125 populated places in Kyiv Region are still in the dark.
The situation in Zhytomyr Region is complicated. Power was restored in Zhytomyr city this morning, but the grid became overloaded and power was shut off again.
π¬π§πΊπ¦ A couple of days ago, photos of the loading of another shipment of British military aid to Ukraine appeared online, in which the small Brimstone 2 guided missiles were seen.
This is the second version of the Brimstone small-size supersonic missile, which had previously been supplied to the AFU. Unlike the original, the upgraded version has a greater range and power thanks to a new rocket engine and a reinforced warhead.
In addition to a dual channel seeker with active and passive channels, Brimstone 2 is equipped with laser guidance, which multiplies its accuracy, including against fast-moving objects.
