Author seemed a lawyer to negotiate legal risks with the publisher. Modina was still demanding that the author provide special signatures and cooperate with the sale. Author delivered a notice of termination to Modina in October in accordance with the contract, and-
asked them to refund readers asap, then the pub refused to make a refund. On November 25 2022 without the author’s consent, the second pre sale directly released the pre sale information and did not state that the language version was English.
When the author refused to sign, they still went with the special sig. Author is asking readers who bought the Eng version of the first pre sale in July to apply for refund and rights protection.
If the company prints, publishes and delivers goods, author will also hire a lawyer to file a lawsuit against Modina
