I’ve made over $100,000 on YouTube in 2022

1. Determine involvement

This year I knew I wanted to be more hands off on my channel

As such, I decided to outsource:
- Scripting
- Animations

At 3 videos a week, this saved me 20+ hours of work

Before hiring a team, I wanted to know my budget

I like to run my channels at a 90% profit margin

I expected to make around $100K this year
