Lines are long…barely moving. Abnormal for this polling site. Things usually move fast here. Been in line 30 mins. Some folks are leaving.
Getting closer to the door..which is still still a lot further to the actual polling place….at least I will be out of this GA Sun…yikes.
Finally at the door. That’s the good news. The bad news is that I have another hour to go before I actually cast a vote. This is absurd. I will persist.
Not for nothing but no POC has left this line…it’s like we know what’s up and will get this done come hell or high water…
Gotta say that is library in Fulton County is beautiful. Please support your local libraries…
I’m at the 90 min mark, just around the corner from the ballot casting room. I’m thinking another 30-45 mins before I’m done with this voting adventure. I need water..
At the ballot room door y’all…this is 1hr 45min mark. Almost done. Pray for me. I’m tired.. thanks for encouraging and rocking with me.
My voting journey comes to an end at just under two hours. Thanks for hyping me up and encouraging me to stay in line even though I was determined to do so anyway. Appreciate all of you. Let’s get this done GA.
I dunno who wants to hear this, but maybe the reason why Democratic Senators are reluctant to remove the filibuster is because y’all cannot be trusted to vote. Y’all left both Obama and Hillary hanging so why TF should they risk anything for y’all dumbasses?
The folks screaming the most about the filibuster and canceling student loans voted for Jill Stein in 2016 and didn’t bother to show up for Obama in 2010 when he desperately needed you. How about STFU and take several seats.
Y’all threaten the Democrats with not voting every nanaosecond for not enacting 100% of what you want and also fail to give them credit when they accomplish anything that moves us forward. Yet you wonder why they are scared to blow it up for you unrepentant blowhards. FOHWTBS
I got a story to tell you about how a sheriff literally saw me get into my car from my house, followed out of my subdivision and then pulled me over.......in Cherokee County, GA.
This sheriff talking about how the terrorist had a bad day is bringing back very bad memories I’ve experienced in that county. He’s FOS.
I moved into a brand new subdivision, brand new house, minding my Black business per usual. I decided to get lunch at Zaxby’s down the street. I get into my car open the garage door and see a sheriff car pass by. At that point I should have closed the damn garage door...
