THREAD: Saturday gave us such gorgeous football weather… we had a busy afternoon as we had planned to stop in at three different tailgates. @tamu @aggiefootball @los_aggies (1/x)
I was invited by @AggieNetwork to attend a pre-game event where I had the honor of meeting with Porter Garner III ‘79 for a few minutes.

I then made my way up to the Press Box at #KyleField to set up and test out our sound and connections. (2/x)
Always great to have a quiet moment in a near empty stadium and it was wonderful to greet Miss Betty, one of the wonderful elevator operators. I came back down and it was great to see Coach P and Emily at Aggie Park while Lisa, Max and I made our way to @tamhn_aggies tailgate 3/x
fantastic to catch up with the #DFW crew and look forward to help expand the Aggie Hispanic Network in the metroplex.

We then trekked across a sea of maroon and a few gold and purple to the west side 4/x
to meet up with sponsors and our radio staff one last time this season at the Bryan Broadcasting and La Jefa 102.7 tailgate. Thank you Garza Nelly for all of your hard work.

The messages from you during the broadcast is always a highlight - 5/x
as is the now tradition of greeting my brother Chris as he waves from the stands to our broadcast booth. (6/x)
We could not have scripted a better ending to this 2022 @aggieFootball season - I always knew the team had it in them. I knew this team had no quit “I’ve seen ’em lose, I’ve seen ‘em win, but I’ve never seen ‘em quit.”These players have a tremendous amount of heart and grit. 7/x
As an old Ag, initially, was appalled at the #12thMan rushing the field. Ran into an Old Ag up in the press box who put it in perspective for me - the players have stuck together despite all of the criticism thrown their way; let the 12thMan show them how much they are loved. 8/x
This point was later driven home for me when Max told us of meeting so many different players on the field and how happy the guys were of taking selfies with the students - @MaxLunatic11 included. 9/x
As we close our third year of broadcasting, yesterday provided with mixed emotions. Elated that my beloved Aggies gave us such a dominating victory and sad that we won’t be back broadcasting until 2023. (10/x)
Thanks to our many sponsors, sales staff at BBC and producer Alberto and Rosario our control operator - couldn’t do it without U, our listeners across the country, Latin America & the World - thank you so much. Love hearing from you, specially in the middle of our broadcasts 12/x
We will continue to see you Wednesday night’s on our show on La Jefa.

We will see you again on the air for pre-game from Kyle Field on the 2nd of September when the New Mexico Lobos visit our Aggies.

Until next year… #GigEm
