Right from our childhood we are being taught if you study well, you will get a good job.
Since then, our mentality is defined that we are bound to study well and work for someone else.
We are groomed with this thought throughout our childhood. 1/n
Because of this we strive hard to obtain good marks, and get placed in a good company.
I am not blaming the elders for doing this. Because they didn’t knew it either as they were taught the same thing too.
Because of this we tend to assume that running a business is riskier 2/n
And hence we don’t explore that option. Or we explore that option and if that initial attempt fails, we give up.
Certainly running a business is riskier. Even if you don’t run a business, life is still uncertain too (risk of not waking up tomorrow morning is more) 3/n
Imagine a situation that the kids are groomed that if you study well you can create more jobs. If a father can guide his son / daughter by giving right mentoring, they will eventually turn out to be great businessmen / woman. Because the child will gain required knowledge 4/n
through studies, and the parents will have enough experience, and maturity to guide their children for making better decisions. Over a period of time they will stand on their own legs. #justathought n/n

I was born, and raised in Chennai. I was asked to move to Mumbai (deputation). I didn’t know Hindi. I belong to a state where politicians labelled Hindi very differently for their own vested interests. 1/8
Landed in Mumbai. The rickshaw driver asked me “Kidar jaana hai?” (Where would you want to go). I didn’t know what to respond. I asked him to wait, called my friend who is good at Hindi. She spoke to him and conveyed my destination. 2/8
During the ride the rickshaw driver was asking many things and everything was Greek and Latin to me. I realised listening few Hindi songs will not help in conversing fluently 😀. My destination arrived, I paid and left. 3/8

In Purusha Suktam, there is a statement on how any society is arranged. This basically gives us an explanation of what kinds of people exist in any society. 2/n
This isn’t segregation of societies. For any society to survive, and excel, four things are extremely important. Intellect, Government, Trade, and workforce.
I was weighing 104 kgs back in Jan’22. I have tried everything possible (cycling, walking, gym, swimming, etc) to reduce weight. But, I have failed each, and every attempt.
I missed to understand the underlying reason / cause.. 1/n
What we eat is what we become. I started understanding what happens to the food we eat. How it is consumed by our body. This research gave me fantastic data points (I will write a different thread for this). Basis this data points, defined my plan. 2/n
Our body doesn’t needs food everyday. Believe me. Read through..
Long story, short. Our body is designed to fast, fast, and feast. But, we do the opposite. We feast, feast, feast, and feast. Read till the end.. 3/n
