) about a video of PLA's 71st Group Army training with the use of advanced technologies.
In the video the soldiers can be seen using a video game for training, which seems to be game called "Arma 3".

It could be said that the game seen in the videos are only similar, but its using the same interface, the same in-game assets (highly questionable is any asset is made by PLA), and community made mods and addons. All this calls for a couple of questions:
@jesusfroman 3/10
- Can governments and militaries around the world use the game "Arma 3" (not VBS, that is entirely different thing and company) for the training of their soldiers?
@jesusfroman 4/10
- Same way can community made contents, addons (examples from the video: DUI - Squad Radar, ACE, Em_Buildings, and CBA_A3 ) are allowed by default to be used that way by government entities?
@jesusfroman 5/10
- The Arma 3 EULA says "right to install and use one (1) copy of the Program for your personal use", but isn't organized government use conflict with this? ( bohemia.net/community/lice… )
@jesusfroman 6/10
- Is there an agreement between Bohemia Interactive and the Chinese government about the military training use of Arma 3?
@jesusfroman 7/10
- Is there a connection between last years news of "Bohemia Interactive receives strategic minority investment from Tencent" and the Chinese military training use of Arma 3?
@jesusfroman 8/10
- In case it's determined that such use of the game is not allowed, can and will Bohemia Interactive do anything it? If not, does this mean that there is no repercussion for breaking the EULA?
@jesusfroman 9/10
Since this matter not only effect the developer/publisher, but also the community and makers from it, its very important to make it clear what Bohemia Interactive's stance on it.
