1/ The true story about @allianceblock , LSEG (London Stock Exchange) and Refinitiv.
In this 🧵 thread, I'm going to reveal the entire Masterplan.
We have said on numerous occasions that the $ALBT is going to disrupt a $100 trillion securities market.
2/ But what does this mean and how will they do it?
There is a rumor in the space that $ALBT could operate as an informal spin-off of the LSEG.
Honestly, I don't know whether it's true or not, but often rumours become a part of reality.
3/ In this thread, we will try to discover what are the reasons behind it. We will highlight the connections between $ALBT LSEG and Refinitiv.
Let’s start! What is the LSEG:
4/ UK stock exchange and financial information company with the headquarters in London. Is a public company with: London Stock Exchange (on which it is also listed), Refinitiv, LSEG Technology, FTSE Russell, and majority holdings in LCH and Tradeweb.
5/ They are a leading provider of financial market infrastructure and financial data, analysis, news and index products to more than 40,000 customers in 190 countries.
The activity is quite complex, but we can summarise it in three main areas:
Their primary goal is to offer their customers solutions throughout the trading life cycle. If you are unfamiliar with it may be hard to understand.
7/ But you need to understand that when customers want to make decisions, they need data and analytics. After that they need a “platform“ where it’s safe to execute and then a place that can help them meet their reporting obligations and reduce operational and regulatory risk.
8/ This is the business of the LSEG in a nutshell.
At this point, you may ask why I am so delighted to talk about the LSEG. The answer is simple, a while ago, they partnered with $ALBT
This partnership will give you insights to understand the future of TradFi and DeFi.
9/ We repeated several times that $ALBT wants to create the first decentralised financial infrastructure ecosystem and open up a new era in investment banking.
This is why they partnered with the LSEG is so important.
10/ Institutional customers will be able to access $ALBT products and services directly through their existing LSEG connections.
At this point the rumour we mentioned in the opening of this 🧵 becomes real.
LSEG has real interest in this partnership for 5 main reasons:
11/ 1️⃣They can leverage the knowledge $ALBT has
2️⃣Have skin in the DeFi world
3️⃣Gain competitive advantage on their competitors
4️⃣Indirectly invest in the future of finance
5️⃣Have "control" over an entity which in the future can be a competitor.
12/ We all know that AllianceBlock will be a key player in future capital markets, but how exactly can the LSEG "use" $ALBT :
1️⃣ The future will be tokenised: ALBT with the compliant P2P & NFT platform can be used for tokenise real-world assets.
13/ Imagine institutional clients entering the space with the purpose to tokenise shares of companies, invoices and property that can be leveraged in lending, insurance or in other DeFi solutions.
14/ If you have an idea about derivatives markets, tokenisation can be 3 times bigger as it can unlock capital and create a new market. We are talking about trillions and trillions of dollars.
15/ 2️⃣DeFi Terminal & Data Tunnel: many defined AllianceBlock as the new Netflix of Data, it’s true but there is more than that. Institutional clients will have access to data and analytics to make the best decisions possible within the DeFi space.
16/ Even though I love Netflix, I think it's only a buzzword. $ALBT is going to be what Bloomberg terminal is today: a set of products for institutional investors in the DeFi world.
17/ 3️⃣The solutions and advantages that LSEG and $ALBT can draw from this partnership are infinite and we are very early to put “binding” on this relationship.
At this stage: I don't care if is speculation!
AllianceBlock is already an informal "LSEG spin-off".
18/ In addition, we can say that the LSEG not only has an interest in the future of the capital market, but has a real interest in the new oil, the data.
Back in January of 2021 the LSEG acquired Refinitiv for 27 Billion.
19/ Refinitiv for me is "the" AllinaceBlock in the traditional market, yes, I said it!
The LSEG has spent 27B to acquire a company that provides info, insights, and technology that enables customers to execute critical investing, trading and risk decisions with confidence.
20/ If you smiling, I can see you, the future looks great!
But what does the LSEG takeover of Refinitiv mean for ALBT?
21/ The data tunnel that $ALBT is building represents the hub that will aggregate ALL THE DATA that exists today in the DeFi world already collected but not structured by oracles.
22/ Investors will be able to take the right decisions based on this data and more important new products can be built by mixing DeFi and TradFi data
Refinitiv can and will benefit from this, by selling their data to a new user base that has an interest in the data-tunnel.
23/ The opportunity is huge and they will benefit from the sale of data, as well as the acquisition of data for their customers interested in the DeFi world.
The opportunity is tremendous and this acquisition represents a step forward in fulfilling TradFi and DeFi.
24/
Digitalisation and democratisation are reshaping the way capital markets work. Investors and issuers have changing needs and expectations, and a range of new players are joining the DeFi space.
$ALBT goal is to fulfil this demand with their suits of products.
25/ They are building the future, with strong legal partners, to attract major actors and institutional investors.
I think that iI already responded to the question: Will the LSEG in the future acquire $ALBT ?
The answer is yes, and it will be an agreement worth billions.
26/ As investors, KOL and geek, I am delighted to witness and participate in one of the greatest innovations that the world of finance has ever seen.
I'm biased, but I think $ALBT is going to change the history of finance forever.
27/
You made it! Thanks for the support, you are a real member of the $ALBT #NoMercy

⚠️AllianceBlock⚠️is a Layer 2 solution that will disrupt the $100 trillion securities market!
This thread is developed in 3 main parts:
1. What are the real use cases? 2. Is the financial system ready for DeFi? 3. Is $ALBT a good investment?
We need a short introduction to explain the "Landscape".
They describe $ALBT as “a decentralized, blockchain-agnostic layer 2 that bridges traditional and DeFi and automates the process of converting any digital or crypto asset into a bankable product.”
I know... What fu*k this means? Let’s break it down!
✅ L2 is a layer built on top of L1 (BTC, ETH, SOL and AVAX) that reduces bottlenecks with scaling and data.
Easy no?! $ALBT is a layer 2 that aims to bridge the gap between traditional finance and DeFi.
