NoFap/Semen Retention timeline. . .

Day 1:

On day 1, your motivation will be high.
It will feel like a breath of fresh air.
You'll be on top of the world.

Porn will feel distant, and you'll wonder how you ever wound up in this mess to begin with.
Week 1:

You'll be elated.
You may get urges, but as your life gets brighter, it will get easier.

You may see urges but the benefits overpower them. . .
Month 1:

First 2 weeks, start to see real benefits:
- More energy
- Increased drive
- Higher libido

Second 2 weeks:
- Start to take benefits for granted
- FOMO sets in
- Heightened libido might cause you to relapse
3 Months:

This is where lifestyle changes start to happen.
You've most likely replaced your negative triggers with positive habits and 10xed your life.

If you've made it this far, it's (nearly) safe to assume your golden.
However, even when you're entirely free of porn, just 1 little peak can send you tumbling down the rabbit hole back into hell.

So it's important to stay on the offensive.
6 Months:

6 months in is when the crazy sh*t starts to happen.

All the "magical" magnetism, attraction, and coincidences that people on semen retention talk about.

Once you experience this stuff there is NO WAY you'll look back at porn.
