What Elon Musk is really doing with #twittergate is bringing to light a coordinated conspiracy to deceive Americans for political and ideological advantage. It also reveals how vulnerable society is to remaining ignorant as a result of a corrupt media system.

Way overdue.
This tweet generated a lot of response. I liked the positive but dealt with the negative by hiding/turning off replies, blocking and forcing sharing by quoted retweets - generally suppressing it.

I was inspired by what Twitter & MSM did with the laptop story.

Awful, isn’t it?
Not everyone is surprised it gets worse. Much, much worse.
See for yourself. And, by the way, seeing the problem clearly is an important step in solving the problem.

Fun fact: humans have been dealing with viruses since forever. We are nothing more than a biome to them. They actually compete with each other to get inside us and do their thing. Once one does, our immune reaction typically crowds out other viruses - interferon/cytokine.

There are lots of different viruses that cause common colds and flu. They change a bit every year so they can get past our bodies defences, but from an evolutionary perspective they gain nothing from killing their host. That’s why they tend to get less pathogenic over time.

And when they do get past our defences our cells know the drill and react by telling other cells to shut the door to any other viruses (interferon) and interfere with viral replication. That’s why it’s not common to get a flu and a cold at the same time.
