@RicoHizon Estoy says natural disasters that hit Batanes recently have been intensifying. Due to this, he says the local government unit has started training individuals on disaster response.

@RicoHizon Aside from training individuals basic life support skills, Estoy says the agriculture office has initiated research on changing the province’s planting and harvest calendar.

@RicoHizon International School of Manila superintendent William Brown says the institution has been offering scholarships to change the lives of Filipino students by supporting their education.
