On 12/1, the judge seems to mention some of this in the Tentative Order. Detailing the 10 day deadline for all to include responses to Evan Rachel Wood.
On the evening of 12/1, Illma Gore's attorney's filed the latest filing.
It appears they are arguing certain portions of the deposition be kept redacted, confidential & NOT made public.
Arguing some contains mentions of a possible ongoing investigation, accusers names & more.

Part of the filing includes Exhibit 1 which is roughly 33 pages of transcripts of Illma Gore's deposition.
Worth noting off the bat, is it appears Marilyn Manson was present in the room when the deposition took place.

So let's move on to the transcripts and quickly some things I have noticed as it relates to what Illma Gore has said.

First, we learn a few things:
There are 8 audio recordings detailed as "Audio recording of phone conversation."
These are only clips, so how many are there and how did they get them?

First, when Illma was asked if she has read the declarations before her deposition she says "I didn't."
And not long after when asked about her sisters declaration, she states she read it but "Not in full, no."
Not a big thing to note. But a difference either way.

Discrepancies seem to deal w/ the "Groupie" timeline, how she learned of it & the claims the family reaching out to her.
She claims she learned of it from the Dinner For Five video in 2016/2017.
Later, Evan Rachel Wood's name comes up about it in 2016. It's all over the place.
