Hindi naman po nagCONCEDE si Ex VPLR.

Pakibasa po ng maigi bago tayo magconclude at alam ko na me mag pulangot ng nagpost about neto.

This expression of VP was very difficult as she couldn’t afford to file an election protest considering the staggering amount that would cost her.
At P500 per ballot of the recount and the differential is insurmountable at 17 million votes,

she couldn’t raise the billions for a recount. The law says she has to raise her own money and not other people’s money to pay for the recount.
Secondly, she was given the information by her lawyers and IT staff that the election was indisputably clean.

Third, she wasn’t aware of #TNTrio’s efforts from the early months. And nobody as in nobody ever believed what we were about to uncover about the fraudulent election results.
It was our desire and commitment not to solicit any support, financial or otherwise, from any political

party as our campaign may be tainted and the regulatory body would dismiss outright our petition for being politically motivated.
We also wanted to spare the VP and other candidates from further bashing as they had enough of these trolls already.

Slowly, through our persistent efforts, we were able to unearth the rigging behind the election. Then we filed our TRO and mandamus before the Supreme Court to validate our claim that the election was fraudulent.
Despite our persistent requests for the transmission records,

we have not received any positive response from the Comelec, the Telcos, and even the Supreme Court.
The cloud of doubt about the clean, honest and transparent election claimed by Comelec has begun to emerge since we filed the petition last November 3, 2022.

For the record, while VP may have expressed her position that she may have lost the election, she never conceded as she believed the election was not clean, honest, and transparent.
TNTrio is firmly convinced that the election was fraudulent given our indisputable presentation

before the Supreme Court.
The Comelec and the Telcos must show proof of transmission that there were 21M votes counted during the first hour to prove that the election was clean, honest, and transparent.

VP must already be aware of this petition and it’s up to her to state her position with regard to our petition. The CBCP has voiced out already it’s concern by coming out in a press statement supporting our petition.
