Matthew 6:25

Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

Being born in this world, the beast system (babylon), has been a struggle & downfall in life.
I never chose to be part of this rat race, the enslavement of doing the same thing. Slaving away for someone else, consuming.
Wake up, go to work, repeat. I did it for a long time.

By living in this way I thought there would be contentment, & there wasn't. Why did I continue to put myself in this state of stress? I was seeking the things of this world which never satisfied what I sought. I was living in darkness. Yet, I continued.

Since I was a little girl I've never felt I belonged here. I always felt there was purpose to my life. I just couldn't fit in, and I didn't want to.
I did walk away from a career I thought I wanted to continue to chase. I just couldn't do this to myself anymore.

I was blessed to be able to walk away and not look back.
My desire has always been to live sustainably, grow food, live of God's land.
I love to be outdoors with the birds, gardening & absorbing the sunlight. I enjoy getting my hands dirty when planting seeds.

I learned this from my mother.
We were always poor & always moving but she always managed to grow a little garden & plant her cactus, tomatoes, cilantro & epasote. I was always with her when she went out to the garden. She always grew beautiful plants indoors, too.

Even tho we lacked many things, we always had a roof over our head & food on the table, praise God!
But old habits take time to break, hence, my commitment to work, money, and material things.
The work God is doing in me continues. I still struggle.
Faith & trust. I know.

I do believe God has always provided for us, & he continues to do so. Having faith that He will requires that I walk with Jesus Christ, continually. Keeping my eyes on him because the moment I look away & look to myself I'm no longer walking in the light.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Matthew 6:34
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

I went from having and getting everything I ever wanted because I worked for it, to realizing that I didn’t need any of those things because those were the things that kept me enslaved to this system and separated/distracted from God & actually living.

Those things that I thought I needed were only bringing satisfaction for a short while. I was spiritual lost, seeking the things outside of me. All along my conscience was telling me there was more to life. Return to God, return to the truth, & to simple living and freedom.
