Thanks to @elonmusk’s Twitter Files, we now know that James Baker had an outsized role in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story at Twitter. Last week, we sent a letter to Twitter, asking the platform to look into whether any key documents were deleted.
Further, we asked Twitter to reveal who from the federal government communicated with Twitter to censor speech. Based on our recent depositions, we believe the previous list we received pursuant to a third party subpoena was incomplete.
Lastly, we asked Twitter to provide responsive documents pursuant to our original third party subpoena.

🚨BREAKING: Today, we released the full transcript of our deposition of FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan. Read the full transcript here: ago.mo.gov/docs/default-s…
A few takeaways…
Chan testified that he and the FBI would have regular meetings with social media companies where they warned the social media companies of a possible Russian “hack and leak” operation before the 2020 election.
Chan also testified that he personally believed that pressure from Congress spurred social media companies into adopting stricter content moderation policies, and also that some senior congressional staffers visited with these platforms.
According to the transcript, Dr. Fauci said “I don’t recall” 174 times, including when asked about emails that he sent, interviews that he gave, and other important information.
Fauci sent a colleague an email in February of 2020 instructing her not to wear a mask when traveling. Just a couple months later, he was advocating for universal mask mandates.
🚨BREAKING: In our deposition of FBI agent Elvis Chan on Tuesday, we found that the FBI plays a big role in working with social media companies to censor speech - from weekly meetings with social media companies ahead of the 2020 election to asks for account takedowns.
Chan, the FBI's FITF, and senior CISA officials had meetings with social media companies in the lead-up to the 2020 election, in which Chan personally told the social media companies that there could potentially be a Russian “hack and leak” operation shortly before the election.
Those meetings were initially quarterly, then monthly, then weekly heading into the 2020 election.

🚨BREAKING: Missouri plans to request depositions of top-ranking officials and have filed a 2nd Amended Complaint adding 47 new defendants to our lawsuit against the fed government for allegedly colluding with social media giants to censor speech.
Included on the list of new defendants are top White House officials Andy Slavitt and Rob Flaherty and WH Counsel Dana Remus, FBI Section Chief for the Foreign Influence Task Force Laura Dehmlow, CDC Deputy Communications Director Kate Galatas, and other top-ranking officials.
The complaint reads, “Pursuant to the third-party subpoena, Meta has identified the FBI’s FITF, as supervised by Laura Dehmlow, and Elvis Chan as involved in the communications between the FBI and Meta that led to Facebook’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story.”
🚨In May, We filed a landmark lawsuit against top ranking Biden Admin. officials for colluding with social media companies to censor free speech. We have already received documents that show their cozy relationship, and now we’re demanding more. 🧵
In July of 2022, MO and LA served discovery requests and third-party subpoenas, demanding documents from top-ranking Biden Administration officials and social media companies over their alleged collusion to suppress freedom of speech.
The Department of Justice is refusing to produce communications between the most senior officials and social media companies – yesterday we filed a joint petition asking the Court to compel them to produce those documents.
