My ma fell over 3 hours ago. She’s definitely fractured at least one bone. She’s possibly fractured a hip. She’s as white as a ghost and shaking and crying. She’s 87 years old. She worked all her life and paid her taxes which means she owns part of the NHS

No ambulance available for hours. Probably not until tomorrow.

It’s a disgrace and I feel terrible for the staff answering the phones and having to tell seriously injured people that help is not coming any time
