I mean, telling people to vote on the wrong day has been charged as a crime elsewhere. But to #MattyDickPics it's a big har har har.
#MattyDIckPics is OUTRAGED that Twitter encouraged vulnerable users to upgrade their security.

This is part of his "proof" that Twitter is too close to the FBI.
#mattydickpics is also OUTRAGED that Twitter authenticated the OH's Republican Speaker of the House.

Truly scandalous stuff.
I'm visiting with family this weekend so will come back to this next week.

Suffice it to say #MattyDickPics still hasn't developed his journalistic skills beyond the average 18 year old College Freshman cherry picking for the "right" answers. All while Elmo does far worse.

SAMs are inhumane. No doubt.

Similarly, no doubt that Assange would be put under SAMs if, like Schulte, he leaked classified info from jail.

But there is literally ZERO claim at this point that Josh Schulte was a whistleblower.
And if you argue that someone who sent one email months after stealing CIA's files as a cover story IS a whistleblower, then you suggest that all the other people who claimed after the fact to be a whistleblower were, like Schulte, just trying to burn the agency to the ground.
Also, while Schulte has absolutely been subject to SAMs for an inhumanely long period, the other claims have not been substantiated.

Here @JameelJaffer pushes a column that makes a number of significant errors about the case.

Why do people purporting to defend journalism tolerate such shoddy journalism when it comes to Assange?
@JameelJaffer As I wrote in this thread, @EricLichtblau apparently doesn't know what Assange is charged with (what is included in CFAA charge) or when (and under what circumstances) Assange was first charged.

@JameelJaffer @EricLichtblau Knowing those details are SORT OF important if you want to claim that Merrick Garland's new media guidelines would help Assange. Those guidelines provide at least two ways to charge Assange.

Among other reasons: Bc Andrii Derkach dealt Rudy stuff that looked a lot like the Hunter Biden laptop.

At 9:30, the DC Circuit will hear the most important case thus far for the January 6 investigation -- Judge Carl Nichols rejected the way DOJ is applying 18 USC 1512(c)(2), the obstruction charged used with hundreds of defendants already.

This is one of the crimes that Judge David Carter said Trump & John Eastman probably violated. While the application of it to Trump (and Eastman) might be easier, bc there were docs involved, but I assume DOJ will hold off on charging either (and others) until this is resolved.

@EricLichtblau If you don't know what the CFAA conspiracy includes (as Lichtblau apparently does not), then you SURE AS HELL have not read Judge Baraitser's opinion distinguishing Assange from journalists, bc it focuses on that CFAA charge.

The single solitary example that #MattyDickPics does show is Yoel Roth, who is the villain of not just this thread, but the
entire fictional narrative, CORRECTING PEOPLE when they claim Trump was lying.

Wow. Villainous behavior: Making sure people don't falsely accuse Trump.
This tweet is really important for a different reason: it reveals that if Trump said something false about the election it'd be a violation. Well, he did that. So show us what happened in response! That's what you've promised to show us!

Nada. #MattyDickPics doesn't do that.
Let me tell you what happened, because #MattyDickPics didn't do that, even though it was the ONLY JOB he had to do.

What happened when Trump did stuff that would have gotten other people banned is, he didn't get banned.

Seems like an important detail.
