2. According to the whistleblower’s lawyers representing the case it is the single most significant whistleblower case in the world, in history—with $2.9 Trillion in damages being sought after for the fraud committed to the public.
3. This one case has the potential to bankrupt Pfizer and disrupt the entire pharmaceutical industry and regulatory agencies that failed in their jobs for safety oversight.
4. The case involves a whistleblower who oversaw multiple clinical trial sites for Pfizer in 2020.
5. In her 20 years of working in clinical trials, she said she never witnessed such egregious fraud on every level.
6. For instance, she discovered a case in which Pfizer directly asked the clinical trial site investigator (who oversaw the data logging) to change a patient diagnosis to say they died of covid, even though all the tests came back negative.
7. For a pharmaceutical company to be involved at this level and try to sway trial data to help their outcome is illegal and fraudulent—and should have been investigated by the FDA immediately.
8. She alerted her management—to no avail. Then she alerted Pfizer. When neither of those parties seemed willing to address the laundry list of alarming claims that should have shut down the sites all together pending an investigation—she then called the FDA.

11. The FDA has done everything it can to stall and delay this trial. But right now it’s in the hands of a Federal Judge in Beaumont, TX.
12. This federal judge has the power to decide if the case will be allowed to move forward to discovery as well as proceed to set a trial date.
13. The public needs to know about this case and why it matters to every person impacted by the fraud that occurred.
14. It’s the only known case that can allegedly show that Pfizer defrauded the American people (and the world) by entering into a contract with Department of Defense based on fraudulent data causing undue harms and fraudulently claiming it was safe and effective.
