We know this was fake without further study just from the fact that it was televised by CourtTV, a CIA front. I have said that before. ALL televised trials are fake. Period. But let's have a look anyway.

To make short work of it, the first thing I did was look up Lyle Menendez at Instantcheckmate. He actually has six separate listings, though I don't know why. Five of them have the dreaded i in the relatives list, but the first lists his second jail wife Rebecca.

He is not listed as being related to anyone in his family, including his brother or his parents. His locations list is just as telling, since the computer doesn't know he is currently in jail in or near San Diego.

His locations in CA are Ione, Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Marina del Rey, and Chatsworth. Ione is one of the prisons he was allegedly at (near Sacramento), but the two others are not listed. Chatsworth does not appear in his bio, so it is a mystery.

Even more mysterious are other locations, including one in Port Saint Lucie, FL, and several in New Jersey that are not in his bio. Also Wellington, KS.

He was supposed to have been born in Gloucester Township and grew up in Hopewell Township. He went to day school in Princeton. So why do we find Trenton and Sea Isle City on his lists? Sea Isle City is nowhere near Trenton or Princeton.

Wellington may be pointing at McConnell AFB southeast of Wichita. Sea Isle City could only be Coast Guard. So was Lyle actually military? Well, he was 21 at the time of the fake murders, so there is a big gap in his bio.

We are told Erik began attending Beverly Hills High in 1987, so he would have been 17. But Lyle is almost three years older, so he was already two years out of highschool. Doing what? We are never told. According to his locations list, he may have been military.

For our next big clue, we find that Lyle has supposedly been married twice while incarcerated. That doesn't make any sense, because murderers/lifers/death row don't have any conjugal rights. They have nothing to lose so they could murder their new wives with no consequences.

Even more ridiculous: Lyle's first prison wife divorced him because she found out he was cheating on her “with another woman”. What? What other woman? Where would a lifer have access to women in jail?

The brothers are supposed to be in Donovan Correctional Facility. Who else is supposed to be there? Sirhan Sirhan. Tex Watson of the Manson murders. Serial killer John Getreu. Jesse James Hollywood. Daniel Marsh, who allegedly murdered a Maupin and a Northrup. All fake.

So, like many other famous prisons we have looked at (Corcoran, Alcatraz, ADX Supermax), Donovan has a fake wing. And again, Instantcheckmate says he isn't there.

Here's another big clue: remember how the brothers' defense attorney Leslie Abramson (Jewish of course) was caught during the trial instructing the fake psychiatrist to delete and rewrite his notes?

When she was grilled on this by the judge, she actually invoked the Fifth Amendment! You have to laugh: a defense attorney invoking the Fifth Amendment for herself during the trial.

She also claimed that any of her discussions with the psychiatrist were protected by attorney-client privilege. Again, this is a script for the legally illiterate. There is no way a real judge would have let her get away with that.

We are told the state bar launched an investigation, and it ended up dragging out for three years, at the end of which absolutely nothing was done. Proving this was a fake.

You can be sure the state bar never actually got involved, since they had no jurisdiction in a fake CIA trial. They were ordered to stand down.

Later she was hired by Phil Spector, I guess you see what that means: that was also fake, another entry in the Men-are-Pigs project. Spector's previous attorney was. . . Robert Shapiro, who was also involved in the fake OJ trial, also covered by CourtTV.

You may also be interested to know that Abramson's husband was Los Angeles Times reporter Tim Rutten. So that's cozy, isn't it? He later won an award from the ADL for “advancing the ideals of the First Amendment”. Excuse me while I puke.

But back to the trial. If you didn't watch any of it, like me, you may not know that the brothers claimed their father was a pedophile who had raped them as boys.

Prosecutor/actress Pam Bozanich (Jewish of course) argued that men could not be raped “because they lack the necessary equipment to be raped”. How was that statement not struck from the record? It is among the stupidest things anyone has ever said, in court or out of it.

Well, it reminds us that, like the prosecutors in the OJ trial and Robert Blake trial, Bozanich was just a Deputy District Attorney.

As I keep asking, where were the real DA's of LA County in all these big murder cases? Did they have something better to do than prosecute this high profile double murder that was nationally broadcast?

And I told you the answer: like Marcia Clark and Shellie Samuels, Pam Bozanich was planted in the District Attorney's Office by CIA. Like them, she came out of actors equity. So did the other Deputy DA who prosecuted Erik Menendez, Lester Kuriyama.

At some point she was admitted to the bar? No one knows? No one knows where she went to law school?

And the McMartin Preschool event was also faked. It lasted seven years and had zero convictions. It was the longest and most expensive trial in history. . . for nothing. And for the record, Bozanich wasn't the lead prosecutor there. Ira Reiner was.

Bozanich isn't mentioned once on the Wiki page for those trials. What was the point of the McMartin Preschool trials? Beyond spending taxpayers money for nothing? The creation of fear. Men-are-Pigs. Split the sexes. Operation Chaos.

Pam Bozanich was married to Joel Dean Goldman, who I found on the memorial page for Beverly Hills High School. Who else went to Beverly Hills High School? That would be Erik Menendez. Just a coincidence, I'm sure.

We can also tell the trial was faked by how it began. The judge ruled that Erik's confession to his psychologist was admissible evidence, completely ignoring doctor-patient privilege.

To try to explain this, the mainstream talking heads told us and still tell us that Erik threatened the doctor Oziel, nullifying the doctor-patient privilege. Except for one thing: that is bull.

Erik wouldn't have to threaten Oziel to maintain the privilege, since the privilege was a matter of law to begin with. Oziel was required by law to keep the information confidential, and the Menendez's attorneys would have told them that.

So even if Oziel blabbed, it wouldn't be admissible. Or shouldn't have been, in a real trial. Again, this storyline is for the legally illiterate.

We are told the first trial ended in two hung juries. How can one trial have two hung juries? Did they seat two juries? Anyway, they went to a second trial, which was not televised.

We are told the judge refused to allow the brothers to defend themselves, by disallowing any claims of sexual abuse. That's impossible. The judge does not have that authority.

It reminds us of the judge in the Alex Jones trial disallowing any mention of the First Amendment. It is absurd on the face of it. We might as well be told the judge was disallowing any mention of the law in court.

That doesn't make any sense either. How could defendants be barred from using sexual abuse as a defense?

Juries should always hear both sides of a story, in order to make a judgment. Juries are completely able of deciding for themselves that sexual abuse does or does not justify whatever crime was allegedly committed, without the judge pre-limiting testimony.

Women who defended themselves against their attackers, whether husbands or rapists, have often successfully used self-defense as an argument, and no real judge would think of limiting their ability to do so.

As with any other argument of self-defense, it may or may not justify the response, but that is up to a jury to decide. Since in the Menendez fake trials, the previous juries were hung, that means they could not decide if the brothers' claims of self defense were valid.

Given that, the judge could certainly not make that decision himself, since it would be tantamount to deciding the case on his own authority—which is strictly forbidden. It is why we have juries in the first place.

And we have the same goofy stories about Judge Stanley Weisberg. Jewish of course.

Again, a Deputy DA prosecuting major murder cases. And this future judge was a Deputy DA for eighteen years, until he was 43?

He never merited a promotion, even after successfully prosecuting these major murders as a Deputy? Maybe that's because he didn't. If we look it up, we find Marvin Pancoast confessed. Pled guilty. So not much of a prosecution there.

And of course it was fake anyway, since Victoria Morgan was Alfred Bloomingdale's mistress. She was also probably one of THE Morgans:

Doesn't really look like a nobody highschool dropout and usher at Grauman's Chinese Theater, does she? Her father was Air Force, and they conspicuously refuse to give us his first name at Wikipedia or Findagrave.

Anyway, she ended up hitting Bloomingdale with a $10 million palimony suit in 1982, and he conveniently died two months later, before it could go to trial. Did he fake his death? Probably. That shouldn't have ended the palimony suit, since the estate was still liable.

This was proved in the event, since her son ended up winning a $200,000 judgment a couple of years later. But in 1982 Morgan was allegedly killed by a gay guy she was living with. They had met in rehab we are told. She was working as a prostitute.

I don't believe any of it. Given the involvement of Weisberg in the “conviction”, we can sure the whole thing was staged.

Let's return to the Menendez fake. A clue I missed the first time is Erik's middle name: Galen. That's a famous old Phoenician name, and you would not expect to see it here.

See Claudius Galenus, ancient physician, said to be Greek, but not. He was from a wealthy patrician family, and then as now they were mostly or exclusively Phoenician. No one else was allowed to make a lot of money.

Galen spent all his time in his early years (20s) studying at Phoenician hubs like Alexandria, Cyprus, Crete, and Smyrna.

Surprisingly, Tim Dowling has a page for the Menendez parents, and we learn a lot about the mother Mary Louise “Kitty” Andersen. Mainly that she was not from New Jersey, but from Oak Lawn, Cook County, IL.

This allows us to connect her to another Mary Louise Andersen I had already found at Findagrave, probably an aunt and namesake. That is Mary Louise Andersen Whitney, also with Andersen spelled with an “e”, from Homewood.

This second Mary Louise Andersen was also from Cook County, IL. Homewood and Oak Lawn are both part of Chicago, about five miles apart. Her husband was Salmon Deforest Whitney, and his father is conspicuously scrubbed.

However, his brother and son are both Nevilles, with Neville being the son's middle name. Since the Nevilles are related to the Whitneys in the peerage, that is who we are looking at here: the Nevilles related also to the ruling Stuarts.

Which means the Menendez brothers are Stuarts. Shocked? I'm not.

We know these Andersen/Whitneys are prominent, since they come with their own faked photos at Findagrave. That isn't just repainted, it is faked through and through, I guess to make them look poor. Standing in front of a wooden shack instead of a mansion.

They also link us to the Kaufmans and Remelsbergers, as if we didn't already have enough evidence they are Jewish. Both these Andersens and the Menendez Andersens came to Chicago from Norway in about 1880.

We can trace the Menendez brothers to other big names as well, through that Geneanet page. Their grandmother was Mae Maloney, and her mother was Elizabeth Lyons. Wow.

As you know, that may link us to the current King of England, whose grandmother was a Bowes-Lyon. Dowling scrubs her, but Mae Maloney's other grandmother was Annie Kennedy.

All that is on the Menendez brothers' mother's side. The father's side is far better scrubbed, ending at the grandfather from Cuba at both Findagrave and Geneanet.

But it was at Findagrave that I discovered their father was the head of a film studio in Hollywood: the Carolco Film Studio. He had previously worked in a film studio in Princeton, which Wikipedia tells us was connected to RCA. Which means we have the military connections as well

Carolco/IVE under Menendez released Angel Heart, as well as the famous Stallone movies post Rocky, including First Blood.

So we have a filmed courtroom drama, and the dead father just happens to be the head of a film studio and the dead mother is a Neville, Whitney, Lyons, and Kennedy? What are the effin odds?

We can also look up Tammi Saccoman, allegedly Erik's wife. The big computer has a listing for her, but does not know she was ever related to a Menendez.

This is also weird: Chuck is her former husband. He died at what age? Yep, 33. So Saccoman is her married name, not her maiden name. Since she is from Holland, her maiden name is probably the Teske in her list. But why does she have a headstone with no death date there?

I notice her picture has also been removed from it. She can't be “together forever” with Chuck if she is alive and he is dead, can she?

So let's search on Tammi Teske. We do find one in California, but the age is not quite right.

The locations and relatives also do not match, though the relatives list of this Devault is very slim, and strangely we find no Devaults on it. But if we could make the link to the Devaults in this way, that would pull in more strangeness.

Do you remember this lady? That's Marissa Devault, who allegedly killed her husband in Phoenix with a hammer in 2009, when she was . . . yep, 33. Devault was supposed to be an ex-stripper.

If we do a search on Marissa Devault, we find her husband Dale Harrell has Wahiawa, Hawaii, on his list. It is a joint military base. He also has Glendale on his list, which is Luke AFB. So I think we have that one pegged.

Lyle also allegedly married while in jail, and he did even better, marrying the pretty model Anna Eriksson. So it just gets less and less believable. They were going to have kids, but couldn't figure out how to get that done with no conjugal rights.

They were supposed to have been married five years, but nothing is known of her before or after. She fell off the face of the Earth.

Let's recap on the way out. Why was this pulled? Operation Chaos: Men-are-Pigs/Split the Sexes. Plus these actors and directors were able to bill the state of California for their movie. The taxpayers footed the bill for their own propagandizing.

No doubt part of it from taken from the CIA budget, which is also taxpayers, though federal. A bonus is that from 1989 to 1996, this saga could steal headlines from real news, keeping you entertained with fictions while the world of Phoenician rapine passed you by.
