Interestingly, the Old Catholic bishop Charles Brearley was involved. Many of Brearley's bishops would work with Ngô Đình Thục with some being conditionally consecrated.
Fr. Gommar De Pauw was involved and wrote a letter to Paul VI about it. He said in an OSJ newsletter, “The time is overdue when Traditionalist Roman Catholics and conservative Protestants join hands and forces to save whatever is left of Christianity.” #Yikes!
