Le pedimos atentamente a Felipe Ibanez Mariel del CONAED, que se ponga atencion al caso de la #MinistraPirata #ministraplagiaria Yasmin Esquivel ya que la FES Aragon de la UNAM cuenta con acreditacion nacional e internacional del CONAED.

Permitir que se reconozca a Yasmin Esquivel como titulada aun con la evidencia del plagio de su tesis, habla muy mal de la calidad de la evaluacion de la FES Aragon al:
- No reconocer errores
- Afectar a cientos de estudiantes anteriores y actuales.

Confiamos en el sentido comun y la aplicacion de la normatividad en las autoridades de a @UNAMmx y CONAED para una resolucion correcta.
Debemos entender que Yasmin es solo 1 persona, hay MILES de estudiantes queriendo ser personas de provecho al pais, con el estudio y aplicacion correcta de las leyes, Yasmin es un ejemplo de abuso.

Me contaron de algo que parece fraude inmobiliario, lo platico para que estén alertas, está sucediendo en Monterrey Nuevo León (San Pedro)

Una pareja de tercera edad, ya viven solos, tienen casa en terreno muy grande con alta plusvalía.

Un constructor les ofrece hacer un proyecto en esa propiedad, con fines de que ambos ganarán.

Los propietarios se van de la casa, rentan casa cerca, y a la vuelta de algunos meses, el constructor les dice que ya gastó mucho dinero y aún no termina.

Se hace la discusión y el constructor dice que ok, allí se acaba el proyecto en conjunto, pero que le regresen el dinero invertido... Y si no tienen se insinua le den la casa como pago.

Los propietarios metieron abogado, y después de algunos encuentros éste les dice...
