Jury reconvened at 9. Tory was in hallway with his family when I arrived. He's wearing pink again, but his jacket is longer than yesterday's jacket.

Jurors asked asked for a better definition of the word ‘willfully’ and ‘on purpose’ yesterday and were to get their answer today.

There’s a holiday skeleton crew of media awaiting Lanez’s arrival. Judge David Herriford’s trial schedule has allowed what could have been a 3-5 day trial to stretch over two weeks and keep the jury here three days before Christmas, so the crowd has been shrinking every day. Image

Here’s my latest for @LawCrimeNews, about the testimony of Hollywood Hills homeowner Sean Kelly, who said the muzzle fire he saw originated with a woman but also clearly said Lanez was “firing everywhere” and very agitated, hurling “a torrent of abuse.” bit.ly/3FKak99

About yesterday: It’s difficult to capture Eric Culberson’s witness stand attire in words. Thankfully, Mona was in the courtroom when Culberson started testifying. She joined the exodus for the Weinstein verdict, but not before she nailed the pink jacket. instagram.com/monashaferedwa… Image

We have a verdict in Harvey Weinstein’s sexual assault trial.
Sorry for those only here for Tory Lanez trial news - Megan Thee Stallion’s former stylist is on the stand now, testifying about that happened at Kylie’s house. But the Weinstein trial has been going on since Oct. 24 and jury deliberating for nine days, so lots of eyes on verdict
The jury has convicted Harvey Weinstein of all three counts for Jane Doe 1: forced oral copulation, forcible rape and penetration with a foreign object. Not guilty for count 5 sexual battery by restraint, which is Jane Doe 3, the Hollywood masseuse who confided in Mel Gibson.
