Just like I reported 2 weeks ago, Ron DeSantis’s best friend & donor who recently killed himself was under investigation for sex with a minor.

DeSantis appointed Kent S to many positions before his suicide.

Now records regarding Kent Stermon have “gone missing”.

Kent Stermon was appointed by Ron DeSantis to the Board of Governors of the Florida State University system in 2019 & was also a board member for the Boys & Girls Club in Jacksonville, FL where he was under investigation for sex with a minor.

Now his records have “gone missing”.

Extraordinary circumstances call for extraordinary measures. Ron DeSantis’s best friend & major political donor allegedly took his own life this month. Given their close ties — Stermon was a donor & landlord to DeSantis — we need an independent inquiry into his suspicious death.

An autopsy must be undertaken. We also cannot trust the Jacksonville Sheriff—who got campaign contributions from Stermon and who oddly let him come and go as he pleased — to investigate the suspicious death and the accusations of sex crimes with a minor against Stermon.

I’m calling for the DOJ to investigate ASAP as this goes to the heart of public corruption in Florida, especially now that Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has been accused of falsifying Stermon’s access logs. This is a coverup in action, & given DeSantis’s ties, DOJ must intervene.
