Nothing will stop the Democrats' planned invasion across the southern border. They've been working on it for too long. The final defeat of the American middle class is at hand. The people threw away their last chance to do something about it at the ballot box.
That horde of illegal aliens will become irresistible pressure for the last few trillions of irresponsible government spending needed to break the system. You will not be allowed to vote against the titanic costs mass migration imposes on you. Big spending will get much bigger.
Crime in the streets, downward pressure on wages, more "jobs Americans just won't do" - all part of the plan. The Left will reap many political and financial benefits from the border wave, long before the big push to let the illegals vote.
Both sides of the aisle in Washington want this migration wave. The few who have qualms about it have mostly been bought off or intimidated into meek acceptance. The needs of the American people are not even part of the discussion. Mentioning that would be unthinkable.
Erasing borders means erasing citizenship, which means dissolving the last vestigial bonds of duty and responsibility the political elite might feel toward their nominal constituents. We'll all be "citizens of the world," which means we don't get to vote on anything important.
The migrants will suffer a great deal too, but nobody in the Open Borders Caucus gives a damn about them. Predatory gangs, human rights abuses, drug smuggling... all part of the price migrants will pay, and nobody will dare say a word about the humanitarian calamity.
When borders are dissolved by fiat, the value of citizenship diminishes. The political elite have already agreed that American citizens have absolutely nothing to say about who is allowed to cross the border. That early act of political aggression made citizenship much smaller.
Elite power grows as citizenship gets smaller. There are so many more issues you're not allowed to vote on anymore, so many items of "consensus" you won't even be allowed to disagree with under regime censorship. Why let the Little People talk pointlessly about "settled" issues?
The coming border invasion, like every border surge before it, is a declaration of elite power over the shrinking American citizen. The tactics they used to push this upon you will be used on other issues, while your ability to resist by organizing at the ballot box is diluted.
The only thing that made them hesitate for a brief moment was shipping illegals to elite blue enclaves, making them feel a fraction of what the Deplorables in border towns suffer through, but they think they weathered that storm in the midterms. All systems are go now. /end
