Hello everyone

Just arrived at the venue for the AGM.

One of the first here

I think a lot can be read into the fact there is just one executive director representing the company

So the bad news is the meeting will be held in Cantonese…

… the good news is I registered my attendance a week or two ago, and they’ve provided me with a translator

There is a grand total of eight people in attendance. From talking to people beforehand, this is quite normal.

Thanks to this I can see BSH Chairman and #bcfc head honcho Zhao Wenqing uses the English name “Frank”…

Lots of procedural stuff, re election of directors, approval of accounts and stuff.

As a shareholder, I have casted my vote.

Q and A session.

First question was from the back to find out if there were any gift cards for shareholders who attended.

The fact the guy left shortly afterwards makes me think the answer was no

I asked if BSH were selling #bcfc.

Got a long answer, but the essence of it was “not at the moment”

I also asked if they were concerned re the EFL investigation into Wang Yaohui aka the elusive Mr King

The company were quick to say that it’s down to shareholders to disclose things properly and that they couldn’t comment further.
