With 2023 around the corner, we want to spend a moment to express how grateful we are to have been able to provide support to the #ingress, #pokemongo, #pikminbloom, and #nianticwayfarer communities in 2022, and take this opportunity to recap some of our achievements this year.
First and foremost, we’d like to welcome the over 64,000 new followers that joined us on social media in 2022. We hope we were able to provide you with the support and information you were looking for. We will continue to do our best to support you in even more places next year.
To provide better support to all our players, we refined our internal quality assurance process to focus on clearer and more specific answers to your questions. We recognize that we can always do better here and will continue to look for more ways to improve how we help you.
It was such a pleasure to meet you out there at #pokemongo and #ingress events this year at the technical support tent. We’re already looking forward to seeing you at #PokemonGOTour in Las Vegas next year!
Speaking of in-person, the Niantic Wayfarer team also joined many of the in-person events for the first time! They are so grateful for the opportunity to have met and made memories with so many Wayfarer Explorers.
This year, we celebrated #pikminbloom ’s one-year anniversary! In order to provide more support for its growing player base, we launched the Pikmin Bloom Japanese support community to expand support to a wider audience.
Looking ahead to next year, we are super excited for new Niantic apps, currently in limited release, to become more widely available! As access to these apps expands, you can continue to look to Niantic Help and Niantic Help JP for education, announcements and support.
Finally, a huge thank you to you, our wonderful community. We are proud to have been able to provide support to you in-app, in the community forums, and on social media! We look forward to being there for you in even more places in 2023 and beyond!
